- Billed by Latitude 64° as a straighter version of the Rive, the new Strive promises to be a max distance bomber for intermediate to advanced players. Just how does it stack up for me, someone just knocking on the door of intermediate. Will it crush or will it stall out like so many other overstable discs? Let's find out.

I've been wanting to get my hands on the Strive.
You absolutely bombed that Rive!
Right? I haven't even picked that disc up in months, but it certainly dropped on my bag.
I use the strive for a roller disc it’s almost as flippy as nuke ss
I have the strive. I can only forehand it.
@luchaunderground6830 Yesterday, I turned the Strive over into the middle of the lake at the BC Open. Sad to see it go.
I got the strive with the original mystery box before it was released, and it flies so much more understable then -1/3. When i was asked to give numbers on it, i said -3/2. then again, this may be because it was a prototype. I also throw nukes and gryms, both of which are -1/3 and they fly several numbers more stable than my strive
I'd agree that it is much more understable than the numbers suggest. So many other high speed drivers with -1 turn like the Nuke, and Destroyer, Time Lapse, DD3 (including the Cloud Breaker Version) are very overstable and will only turn at all if you have a much higher arm speed, as the numbers attest.
Remember 12-13 speed drivers need a pretty fast arm, much faster than mine, so it's nice to see something in that speed that is throwable for someone like me.
That being said, I'd strongly suggest this should be rated at least -2/3, maybe 2.5/3.
