The reason this came out so good is because you have such beautiful hands! I've been working on it and I can't decide whether it's just your motion or genetics...I've concluded it's both. Sock Monkey loves your cake and made me go ashore to find Extra Virgin Olive Oil...he specified "Oil can only be made by Botticelli virgins...now he has me walking up and down the street looking for "Extra Virgins"...whatever that is???
Kidding of course...The recipe is out of this world...because of where we are we can only get synthetic extra virgin olive oil made from artificial olives.

I'm REALLY WONDERING HOW THIS WILL TASTE WITH A WHOLE CUP OF OLIVE OIL . At least there's no pepper or I'd really think "salad in a Bundt pan".
