Just want to say, thank you man. I watched the original "I quit video" at one of lowest points in my life. I took that advice to heart and never looked back. I now have been to 19 countries while volunteering and could not be happier with where I am. Without that video you produced, I probably would still be where I was and I would not have taken the chance of a lifetime to buy a one way ticket to explore my passions. Words cannot describe how thankful I am. All I can do is say, thank you.
It always blows my mind the power of a single video. Thank you for sharing that Roger. This comment motivates me to keep sharing videos like this so that hopefully it can have a lasting impact with others too. Take care
Funny cause we took a break from our weekly travel vlog to tell our story about getting out of debt and saving enough money up to leave jobs we hated to pursue our passion to travel. So many can relate to this feeling but it's scary to take the leap.
You’re way younger than me, but I think a majority of my generation looked to our parents to guide our future. Mine pushed work hard, get a good job and work there until you retire. Two years ago it dawned on me that if I followed that plan I would have the same life he had. Then I realized that is exactly what many of us do. If we took the time to look at our parents and where those same choices got them we would make different choices. So many of our parents are exhausted and uninspired. So we need to carve out our own plan if we want to truly be happy.
The Balance is importantant. I know people who followed their dreams and ended up financial struggling, having depression too, lonely. Its nothing bad about having a good education and safety net.
@@ceooflonelinessinc.267 You are right about that. My one regret is not having a college degree. That simple piece of paper would make it much easier to open doors that I now have to kick and push to get through at times 😀

These types of channels will try and sell you on the idea of being your own boss. This is the lifestyle that they promote. Yet being your own boss isn't a requirement for happiness. Doing a job you enjoy is, and being your own boss can allow you to do that, but it's not the only way. Whether your an employee or your own boss just find something you enjoy.
Agree with you, not everyone of us can just drop everything and pursue what we want so that we'll be "happy". Happiness is a state of mind. What if I chase my dreams and still end up being unhappy? It ends up being a cycle. Perspective is what matters, shift your mindset, count your blessings, find a way to prevent yourself from getting burnt out. Adapt. This is exactly how I felt for the past years, And me too decided It is time for change. In a world where everyone is telling you what to do, it's hard to find your own path. But it is creators like you, who keeps me/(all the people whit the same dreams) motivated. And now here i am, starting a career as a fulltime filmmaker and TH-camr, really scared but excited about what's to come!
Kind of funny that I experienced the exact same symptoms as you after my 5 month backpacking trip in 2019. (The twitchy eye and muscle cramps in my leg.) After my trip I decided to pursue my passion for filmmaking and started my content production business. My health problems disappeared the following months without any medications. “Are you really living?” Well, this is really a good question to most of us. This is very powerful message. Let’s live the life you want. Love the life you live:) PEACE
As a doctor dealing everyday with hard work, burnouts and endless stress I can totally relate. This video was so needed. Indeed stress is the main cause of our physical and psychological issues and only we are in charge of how we want our lives to become. I hope with little changes every day life will get much better.
Please Mr. Doctor don't. You go and quit your job too! We need somebody To stay real and serious To keep This world going. ImagIne if we all join this quitter, who"s going To grow our food and pay for his Fun life
Bro... I am actually crying from this video. Never have I seen something that related so hard to my situation right now. To be clear I work as a nurse at the hospital. It's a meaningful profession but I am not passionate about it. It feels great to help people but the stress it brings in my life is literally tearing me apart. Just like you I started to feel physical problems which also my doctor related to stress. It's hard to leave my job because of external pressure and I am still not certain what my passion is but I hope i'll find it someday like you did. But I am also kinda thankfull for this video because now I feel less lonely knowing there are other people who experience the same difficulties in life. Thank you Lost LeBlanc.
It's my first comment in one of your videos, but I am here to say that mental health MATTERS and it's as important as "physical" health. My mum almost 2 years ago wasn't happy with her life, with her routine. I WAS THE ONLY ONE that I told her to do whatever she felt like to do at that moment. She was afraid of this and that, and after a few thoughts and some of my advise, she just moved country and started a new life at her fifties!! I am so proud of her and she is really happy now. Guys, life is taking risks!!! Well done. And now, after this comment, I will finish the video because I haven't yet HAHA. Cheers.
Social anxiety is untapped strength, not a weakness. The fact that you recognize it means you can do something about it. I used to have major social anxiety. I would physically shake if I had to read something out loud in class. My doctor gave me an anti-depressant, but I didn't like it (I felt like it suppressed my personality). I talked to a counselor and started small and worked my way up to doing a presentation at school (as part of a group). When I graduated, I did Toastmasters and ended up doing stand up comedy (open mics) and improv and completely obliterated it. Now if I ever feel it, I don't care. I take action anyway. It's like a muscle that you train and an opportunity for growth
It’s been so inspiring to me as well!😍 His story is the one I’m trying to create for myself as well! Currently working on my TH-cam channel and trying to make high quality content ☺️
I am blown away by your well spoken confidence. I am 60 now, and I know that everyone possesses this optimistic ( non conformist ), viewpoint of life in their youth. But as stated, we are all conditioned to follow the status quo, for living a blueprint of complacency to minimize our risk for a safe future ? You have the right idea, you only live once, and your only young once, with the energy, drive and health to live an unbelievable life before it does become too late ! I traveled to Bali in 2012 and I was almost completely, transcended, spiritually. Everyone has the ability to change their present reality and their ultimate destiny ?
@@ZelenoJabko I know things can seem so "out there" but look at guys this Lost LeBlanc. He did it. Why can't she? Why can't any of us? We must believe ourselves fully, every day, every hour, and every minute. I need to remember this myself most times but it's the truth.
Protecting your mindset is key. If you hang over people that will drag you down and fill your head with inaccurate information, then you will never become your best self.
I feel like this part of the speech could have been used to: "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition." - Steven Paul Jobs
Is was like you were talking to my soul. Every point you were talking about is everything Im going through and I have the same vision and goal. This video was fantastaic.

“Are you really living?”
Well, this is really a good question to most of us. This is very powerful message. Let’s live the life you want. Love the life you live:) PEACE
Thank You...I needed that more than you know! I appreciate you Christian!
Just do it, quit your job. Be free. You won’t regret it trust me
Being unsure about it and constantly overthinking changes nothing. Use the time you’re given
I am also a nurse and feel like I’m in the same position. I feel you
The thing with nursing is that it is really easy to find a job and re-enter the field. If you want to go travel for a few years, go for it!
Cheers.
The only thing that keeps me from living is my social anxiety.
saaame
And general anxiety tell me this guy is just lucky, if I do it like him I'd end up homeless.
It might be low social and emotional intelligence which is even worse and my case
DXM after glow is your best friend if you have Social Anxiety
Damn, this makes me wanna sell everything, pack a backpack, go out there and L I V E.
Don’t let anyone stop you.
Let the will grow and do it if you feel like it
who is paying for it?
Do it
What invisible forces are keeping you from doing so?
Thank you for sharing this video
So happy I've found my dream job and didn't have to go through this. Good for you man, great video! Especially that intro.
Hi:) So glad for you. I'm curious what is your dream job and how you found it?:)
This is was good I watched it twice in a row 😭 thanks for being an inspiration sending a message I desperately needed to hear today!❤️
It’s been so inspiring to me as well!😍
His story is the one I’m trying to create for myself as well!
This is THE VIDEO that have to be seen by massive audience! 🔥
Totally agree!! He’s my biggest inspiration ever ❤️ and hopefully one day, I’ll also be able to quit my 9-5😅
I have two things to say how world works.
1) Fear to fail.
2) Mother, brother, friends, etc Opinions
kills idea to do something about it.
this video got me emotional, going through very similar situation currently and decided traveling was my cure. thank you for this video
This video makes my cry. So strong message
So true. I cried too...

@@ZelenoJabko I know things can seem so "out there" but look at guys this Lost LeBlanc. He did it. Why can't she? Why can't any of us? We must believe ourselves fully, every day, every hour, and every minute. I need to remember this myself most times but it's the truth.
Yes we do it! Thank you for the inspiration. Life is to short. Do it. Life your dream
Just the best video I've seen in my life.
Can relate myself completely 👍

Beautiful message
Thanks Elisa ❤️
I love this much!
This is the transformative power of living with intention.
Thank you for the reminder Lost LeBlanc!
Protecting your mindset is key. If you hang over people that will drag you down and fill your head with inaccurate information, then you will never become your best self.
I feel like this part of the speech could have been used to:
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition."
- Steven Paul Jobs
Just found your channel accidentally, watched, and subscribed. You are so positive and encouraging me about what I have to do. Thanks for sharing

I already got goosebumps after 1 Minute. Thank you so much Christian❤
I think this is my favorite TH-cam video. It took my months to say this as I just enjoyed the message so much. You learned a life lesson early on.
This is literally the best intro I've ever seen in a video
THANK YOU
Just happy I can share this 🙏🏼
Thank you brother, I've made the same changes myself over the years and have never looked back.
IM SOOO EXITED I actually started watching your content like 2 days ago and it’s really been nice
Can't wait to launch this video and get your thoughts on it. Happy to have you here!
💯💯👍
i intend to live life, not just exist.
I cannot agree more! I experienced exactly what you've described... if your life is your job and both your journey, you will never work again, you will never sacrifice again, you will never have to rely on someone else... what a great advise! I will quite my job tomorrow!
