Trash compared to horses. The one ability that is decent on it is the active regen, which you can use while mounted. so good for passive healing on the fly. But you need the mastery for it and the book is listed for like 3k on the market. The stamina ability is nowhere near as good as spur on for horses either. Plus they require more pet points so you wouldn't be able to run a second pet. And the update to the inclined surfaces is mediocre at best. Horses and other mounts need to have their inclined capabilities nerfed for the lyk and spider incline passive to really come into play. Right now horses can climb almost everything, and most of the stuff they can't climb lyks and spiders can't either so it's very situational. If you are going to run a different mount for an MA then I would suggest something really tanky like a bear or a molva, risen taur dogs are good with armor, risen dire wolves can be good situationally, stalker lyk with mastery is like alright I guess, but the best mount other than a horse for a mounted right now is the clothos maiden. They have almost no up and down movement so you don't even have to take controlled aiming for it. They are really tanky too with the natural resistances and the head hit box is complete bs and nobody will ever hit it. They are quick too. Just not the highest stam. Risen maidens might be better I'm not sure
@@blacklistreaper5253 I have an alt account that's a tamer. the requirements are lower now with the latest patch though. the static spawns only spawn young lizards, which are below lvl 26 and I'm pretty sure you can tame them with less than 50 taming now. Maybe way less than 50 even
@ mainly because the hunter lizard keeps up with your horse and is 50 pet points at lvl 125, allowing you to have both a max level horse and a max level hunter lizard without having to spec into herding

how is your hunter lizard hitting hard? mine hits 30-51 with toxic bite
you need to buff the toxic bite with sneak attack, which requires hunter lizard mastery 100
