Mega Man Zero 3 (Rockman Zero 3) - Omega Zero Hack (All Stages)

- A run of MMZ3 (RMZ3) as Omega Zero. This is a run of all levels, except I skip almost all of the dialogue and cutscenes. I am not sure whether to call this a playthrough, a long-play or none of both, so I just called it "All Stages".
As the title says, in this hack you play as Omega Zero. The hack changes color pallets for Zero and his saber, as well as it changes his buster shots to Omega's, gives him Omega's sprites, moves and etc. The weapons beside the saber still have their original green colors
Despite the additions, in order to fully enjoy the hack you'll have to have a cheat list installed with cheats codes specifically designed for it, which give you some more moves from Omega Zero. They include a 7-hit combo performed by pressing SELECT+B (you can even spam it constantly to restart it at any point as well as have invincibility frames which protect you from getting stunned mid-combo), a light pillar move accessible by pressing either SELECT+L or DOWN+R (it gives you invincibility frames and is supposed to damage enemies, although sometimes it ignores them and doesn't do any damage) and Omega's intro taunt that you easily spam with SELECT+R.
The taunt gives you Omega Zero's aura, as well as allows you to break the game by using it and the light pillar move which causes the game to go freaky and actually apply Omega's AI. Upon being inflicted by such state, Zero may start using Omega's various attacks. The light pillar move stops the state, but the flying slash move causes Zero to clip through walls and go out of bounds. It messes with your weapons, too, and forces you to use non-existent corrupted weapons that do weird things and may break cause the game to go pretty bad, but it's all good since you can switch them back to your normal weapons. You can stop the state by pressing SELECT+R to do the taunt again. Additionally, if you do that, you can hurt yourself with melee weapons due to Omega's hitbox staying on you. It's fun to mess around with, but it may break the game a good bit if you exploit it. In fact, exploiting it is probably not healthy for the real GBA, since I've seen the game restart, outright crash and literally cause my emulator to freeze and lock-up entirely when I used the corrupted weapons.
Some of the moves are still missing, like the air-dash and other variations of the light pillar move, but other than that it gives you enough tools to mess around with. Oh, and I almost forgot, I also used cheats to have infinite lives and sub-tanks as well as all the upgrades from the unused e-reader functionality. You can search it up on the Internet, it's pretty interesting.
If you wish to obtain the hack, search it up on your preferred search engines. It shouldn't be too hard to find, although the cheat codes that I found were encrypted with VBA's cheat list functionality and I had to manually pull them out and re-compile them for use with other emulators. If people want to, I may try to find a way to publish them for everyone to use.
NOTE: There are quite a few of hiccups in the recording, and some include odd audio shots of sorts (they seem to be recorder issues). I recommend not using any headphones for this video. Additionally, the framerate often dips in the gameplay as if auto frame-skip is turned on, and I assure you that this is not the case. This is a weird emulation issue that I can't solve. I played this game on VisualBoyAdvance-M, which is a way more up-to-date version of VBA that should be still updated. It's pretty good, and I consider it to be better than even mGBA, but this weird frame-rate issue seems to persist on all GBA emulators for me so it's probably a hardware problem. In any case, I'll attempt to fix them and hopefully the next gameplay videos that I'll make won't have them.
Do tell me if the issues are bad. Maybe I'll come back and re-record the game with issues resolved... I just need to stop being so lazy. :P

Actually, I had a “All E-Reader Cards” cheat code enabled. The game had E-Reader functionality that was never really utilized properly in the original game and the scanned cards for the device would give you some benefits like increased damage for certain weapons or increased defense, as well as a cosmetic overhaul of the main hub area. Since I had all of them enabled, I had a ton of defense and damage across the board. Even without any of the omega moves, the game would still be an absolute cake walk with all those bonuses from the E-Reader cards. And that includes Omega, who deals so little damage that he is basically a non-threat to me. You could also notice that all of my attacks hit like a truck, so yeah.
I doubt Omega’s charge saber hit on me would deal much damage. In fact, I think it’s about 3 small bars of health with all those bonus stats I have.
That's because most of the attacks aren't actually omegas attacks. The reason being is because the attacks of enemies are set to damage players only but there's exceptions like the light pillars that can damage enemies or the projectiles of the igloo enemies. That's also probably the reason there's no rocks from the charged saber attack or you can't do any of the other projectile attacks, they simply wouldn't do anything without the proper values.
why I can't done the omega cheats so long and the skills?
Maybe next time hacking it,try hacking it based on zx's model ox move set,such as always charged shot.

If you read the description, you'll find out that you need a long list of complicated cheat codes in order to get those things to work in the first place. As for button inputs, use SELECT+R to activate the aura and SELECT+B to do the crazy combo with the sword (after you have the cheat codes installed and working correctly). I wrote it all in the description specifically so you would know.
As for cheat codes themselves, I don't have them. Please look for them on your own using a search engine, Google or something like that.
