- Tom Beckstrand heads to the SIG Sauer Academy to get the inside story on SIG Sauer’s P320 X-Compact from Phil Strader, pistol product manager. The P320 X-Compact maintains the features of the full-size X-Series models, but presents them in a smaller package suited for concealed carry.
The X-frame offers a undercut triggerguard that works with an extended beavertail to offer the ability for a higher grip on the P320 than the original frame, which results in improved handling and comfort. The P320 X-Compact comes equipped with SIG Sauer’s X-Ray3 day-or-night sights, while sharing the M17 optic-ready footprint. This means that the X-Compact is compatible with the SIG Sauer Romeo1, new Romeo2 and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro series of red dot sights without the need for a custom adapter plate.
The accessory rail, four-sided magwell, 15+1 capacity, light weight and other features make the SIG Sauer P320 X-Compact an excellent choice for a red-dot ready concealed-carry pistol.

Great first handgun. I own a glock 19gen5 MOS with a trijicon, this sig and a sig p365. I *personally* would go with the 320 x compact or p365 with the 12 rnd mags
Know a guy that's got both and both shoot really well. Waiting for an optic plate and the 407k to drop though.
This little gun is AMAZING!!! It really does shoot like a full size gun. Besides my P10C this is my top 2 striker fired pistol
Nice informative video. I purchased my Sig P320 X Compact a year ago, when it was first released. I love this pistol lot for CCW my EDC. Great shooter very manageable recoil. It has under gone some aftermarket upgrades that l really appreciate and enjoy 😊 👍🏾
It seems like a groovy gun, but it's sold out every where. Sig Sauer should consider making some more. They could probably make a killing if they did.

I've had misfires, I've had hangfires, I've even had failure to fire. But I've never owned this so I've never had a dropfire!
