How many fills, could a fill tool fill, if the fill tool could fill tools? 🙄🙄

Suggestion BrownBear... I followed along this gradient vid on Affinity Publisher. Identical tool & function. Like this video, many of the tools & tips you offer apply identically to one or more of the suite. Maybe the title of this vid could be.... Another UNDERATED Affinity Designer/Publisher Tool. You could demo in one and anyone would be able to follow if let's say they have Publisher but not Designer. And.... more clicks ;)

Very good point actually 👍🏽 I'll definitely be doing that more in the future. I don't actually own publisher at the moment, never felt the need for it for what I do but maybe it would be worth it so at least I know it works across both

Yes... wise to own all three. (inexpensive) Many... many of the tools are the same within all three. Inadvertently, you're teaching me how to use other parts of Publisher & Photo. Thanks!

Yep. I have seen that if you own all three you may as well only use publisher since it has most (if not all) of the tools from the other 2. Black Friday coming so perfect time I pick up a bargain

Great video! Just curious what mouse you use? I can’t seem to find one I like.

I use the Logitech G502 wireless mouse. Partly because I'm also a gamer but also because of the ability to customise the extra buttons to different apps.
Like I've set some buttons on my mouse to be copy and paste only in affinity, to make my life easier

FYI they do a much cheaper wired version as well if you think you want to try it

I get so frustrated creating gradients because most of the time I want smooth, blended color transitions and mine continue to be too sharp. I end up having a ridiculous number of new points trying to smooth out the gradient. Is there a setting in my app that is causing this? When you added the blue and red it looked more blended than mine would have and I didn't see you change any settings. Thanks!

There's no specific setting to make it smooth so I wonder if this is more related to your monitor/screen. Try another screen if you can and see if it makes it look different
Unless you watched this video on the same screen you'd use the app on then I'm not really sure why that would be

@@BrownBearProductions Same screen. I'll look around in the graphics/display settings too. Thanks!
