This song has a special place in my heart. Three months ago my 47-year-old aunt was at home dying of cancer, and on her last night with us, my family watched A Star is Born. When this song played she sighed. She passed that morning. Having my favorite singer sing this particular song has a lot of meaning to me.

That said, check out Floor Jansen & Marco Hietala - Ave Maria, you will loose your shit.
Her note range is one thing, but just hearing her go from powerful belting down to a soft, tender almost-whisper is incredible.
Technically she sung this song with difficult ways. The original song already powerful with the high notes in it but Floor Jansen playing those notes emotionally, improving with her styles and tecniques which is makes it harder than it looks. Floor Jansen is something else and never stop amaze me.

That girl is a TH-camr, she only did covers so far - now has a contact to record her own songs after appearing on this show. "Shallow" is Oscar winning song of 2018 and was composed and written by Lady Gaga for some movie remake she did with Bradley Cooper in 2018.

You need to listen to Emma Heesters sing to Floor. She performs “Stong”, from her former group After Forever. It’s a very personal song written about her mother and has everyone weeping. It may have you leaving the room three or four times before it’s over.

I would love to see the final episode of this show have all the singers do one-two of their own songs. For two reasons: 1, I think it would be cool to after hearing all the singers go out of their comfort zones to sing for another person hear them in their 'natural habitat', and 2, so our dear Dutch Valkyrie can let loose for an audience that, by their own admission, most of them were unfamiliar with her work before this show.

Hello Heath, I have been binging your video's today, mostly Floor's and I have really been enjoying myself, your joy is really contagious, so off course I subscribed!!
After some looking around at you other video's and hearing you talk about your music preferences, I feel like it is high time to introduce you two other dutch metal goddesses, just like Floor. For your viewing convenience in a duet they did a while ago. It is a lower tempo song, but I truly believe you are going to love it.
Like I already stated just like Floor, both ladies are from the Netherlands, preform all over the world, have been preforming for years and are the front women off there metal bands. Sharon den Adel (in the white dress) is from the band "Within Temptation" and "Anneke van Giersbergen" preforms, among other things, with her band "Vuur" (Fire in dutch).

Emma is a TH-cam cover artist so they had to do covers from covers. And boy there were a lot good ones this time. Henk did Despacito from Luis Fonsi, Ruben did Can't help falling in love from Elvis, Tim did Let me love you from Justin Bieber, Rolf did a spanish version of That's the way it is from Celine Dion. Samantha actually did one from a musical were emma starred in with her mother. And her mother sang that song to her in that musical. It's called Geloof in Jezelf (Believe in Yourself)

Emma's mum is a singer, Emma was Dorothy in The Wiz and during the performances Emma's mum's character sang Believe in Yourself at her. At some point during the run it started to feel more like HRT mum was actually telling Emma to believe in herself. And then Samantha crushes that song singing it especially for her.

Yep Floor Jansen is not fair, because of her versatility many metalhead want to headbanging their head while she performed metal but at another side she able to makes us almost crying while performed this kind of music wich is totally different.
