    Awww--so cute with Michael's cameo appearance! I still think it's amazing every time I see you finding so many marbles because they had to have been from a really long time ago. I really don't know if anyone still plays marbles but, I know 50-70 years ago it was a big deal. You are the marble whiz! Love you!

      I love you as well Lynn!🌅
      While my children do have a few bags of marbles in their toys it is true, most children play with video consoles to my knowledge.
      I’m always amazed at how many marbles I recover as well and it’s my pleasure to help others understand how they’re introduced into the sea.
      Hugs my dear Lynn! 🧡

    Found my very first Codd bottle marble today on the shores of Lake Michigan . (Well... I'm guessing that's what it is.) Because of your videos I was able to take an educated guess regarding my find. Thank you for all of the great info you are willing to share with the word. 💙

    Oh, the small clear marble with the color blue beautiful bird flying in it is one of the prettiest I’ve seen. And other nice finds are great also. Was a good sea glass hunt for me. A few or even one “special” piece of seaglass can be so satisfying. Every hunt with you is fun, Mike 😊🌊💦💙 Great video as always.......must be you and your style and sweetness that are the really good parts of these videos that hold the key to your success. Also so much knowledge is awesome. One more.......feels good connecting with you🤗. Blessings. Oh 2 of your blessings, your boys are precious ❤❤ Have a good year. I've often wondered how so many marbles found their way to the shore and now I know! It makes perfect sense. I remember once when I was a little girl, probably in the 60s, I buried my marbles in the pine needles under a tree and I was never able to find them again. I've always wondered what happened to them and if they might still be buried there.

      I loved reading your childhood story Nancy. I’ve come to learn (through personal experience and geological readings) the soil has the ability to push things up, or pull them down without rhyme or reason.
      I’m glad you appreciated my insight pertaining to sea marbles, and their interaction into water. Over the past 15 years I’ve extensively observed the process and am happy to share my knowledge.
      Hugs Nancy! 🧡

    0:27 I found something similar to that in my yard!

    • @SeaGlassArchaeology
      @SeaGlassArchaeology  ปีที่แล้ว

      How wild is that?💥
      I’d keep digging to see what else is in the ground….although I don’t care about holes in my yard as where I live we can do as we please…and I plead to dig! 🤣💯🧡

      Thanks for letting me know! ☀️

    • @LavaKing4
      @LavaKing4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SeaGlassArchaeologySpeaking of digging and stuff like that in your yard, you should go bottle hunting in the inlet or your yard more often. Sometimes intact bottles especially if they are rare could sell for quite some money. Or, if it’s too rare, keep it and maybe if you find something similar to that show it in a future video!
