Oh, Mike, I really like seeing this video. I like to seeing the bus ride on the way to the beach, all the beach combing, hearing the wind, seeing how much glass spreads out into your TV tray and lastly, but not least- the boys in the snow! Some of those beautiful tinies would make beautiful hearts to hang in windows. Or stars. What a lot of work goes into every piece you do! 😮❤❤❤
I’m so glad to know you came along on this adventure with me Lynn!🌅 Thank you for being such a positive friend over the years and treating me as you would family!🙏 Thanks for appreciating the time and effort that goes into creating these as well my friend!💯 You’re always with me, hugs! 🧡
Nice colors of sea glass, my favorites are Purple, Red, yellow, Blue and pink 👍🏻 of course I love them all! Good day for you that over 4 pound bag of sea glass is amazing! Great work, but many hours you are dedicated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
I miss glassing so much. Thank you for taking us along. You are always a pleasure to watch and are kind to share your glass knowledge. Happy hunting! ,🌊

Hi Mike!! Thanks so much for sharing your adventure to Indian Beach with us!! I Love the marble that was reduced in size due to so much time in the ocean!! I always get so excited to see new videos from you! 🌸🌺💕
Awe!🧡 And I always get so excited when I have the opportunity to share something new with you!🌅 I’m so glad you enjoyed my finds and the long trip as well!💫 Hugs my friend! 🧡🧡🧡

What a great day you had at the beach! Lots of wonderful finds! Imagine one day at the beach and the next day playing in the snow with your boys…. I love it. Another great video thanks Mike!! 😊❤
Thanks for coming along on the adventure and your kind words Sheila! 🌅 I as well found it remarkable how quickly the weather changed and had the Thursday scheduled for a beach trip for that reason!⛄️💯☀️ Hope you’ve been able to get out as well!💫 Hugs! 🧡
Hi Mike! I've been binge-watching your videos the last couple of weeks...I've recently discovered the joy of sea glass picking, and to say it has become a passion and obsession is an understatement. The thrill of treasure hunting, and the peacefulness and serenity it brings me is remarkable. I live in your area, so I was so happy to find you on TH-cam! Your knowledge and inviting personality makes these videos so enjoyable. So far, my nicest piece is a large-ish purple nugget, very thick...maybe some ornate crystal ?? Though by tomorrow, I may find something even more special....the search is so much fun ☺ Thanks for all the inspiration and I wish you and your family all the best. I will definitely stop in your shop this summer, I'd love to chat and check out your beautiful creations!
Hi there Carol! Thanks so much for your kind words!🧡 I’m glad to hear you’ve discovered the same love and joy for Beachcombing that brings kind people together from across the globe, and locally!💫 Happy to hear of your purple find!☀️ Happy hunting and hugs! 🌅
Loved watching the interaction with your children Mike. Who doesn't love playing in a snow drift! Your collection this time around was impressive. Congrats on that. Take care Mike.
I’m so glad you enjoyed the extra at the end with my lovelies Katherine!🌅 I’m also glad you enjoy making memories in the snow!⛄️ Thanks for your kind words!🙏 Hugs my friend, I promise to take care and always love life’s moments! 🧡
I’m so glad you enjoyed coming along on the video adventure with me!☀️ I agree, it is amazing the amount of sea glass one can recover with a full day effort out this way!💫 Hugs! 🧡
This video was amazing, just like always! Thank you so much for this pictular video though Mike! It came at the perfect time!!! Stay warm and safe hunting!!
Thanks so much for your kind words and positive support Felicia!🌅 I was so happy and excited to have a new adventure to share with you.💫 Reading this makes me smile!💯 Be well my friend!🙏 I’m sending extra hugs and happy thoughts your way! 🧡☀️🧡☀️🧡☀️🧡
It’s my pleasure to share with you Debbie!☀️ I agree, it was a totally awesome haul for the day!🌅 Thank you for coming along on the adventure!💫 Happy Easter and hugs! 🧡
I just loved this video, Mike. It was so good to see part of your trip on the bus. And, how you re-purpose items, right down to the tray that you spilled your finds onto.
I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed this full day video adventure Mary! (Without having to take those long bus rides, lol).🌅 Thank you for letting me know, and also appreciating how I turn all these tiny shards of old, free glass into something uniquely beautiful, and do it professionally!💯 Hugs Mary!🧡 Thanks so much for this! 🙏
Lol!🤫😂 I thought it was funny as well Karen!☀️ So glad to know you came along “virtually” with me on this adventure.💫 (You didn’t miss anything on the bus ride, lol!)💯 Hugs my good friend! 💙 Thanks for always caring and being there! 🧡🧡🧡
Hi mike! Really astonishing how much seaglass you found that day! Now that larger pieces are becoming more rare, here in the bahamas, giant pieces are found all the time! I made my way down to the beach today and even went around in the water and on the beach I found huge pieces of black glass and found a marble that had not a chip, not a scratch, and was aged to absolute perfection. It had an amazing light blue tone and it was also a catseye seamarble! Today I also found a Canada Dry bottle from 1950 in the water which is cool too because you can find seaglass and bottles in one spot. Big pieces of seaglass are quite common here too. I have found a spot which is hard to believe is real but it’s true. In the outer islands there is a spot where you can find bag fulls of your littles bags of turquoise, cobalt, and light blue! All because of a wreck that mashes up the sea glass and weathers it to perfection. I can’t imagine you’re excitement if you found a spot like that! But every video that I see you post always warms up my heart seeing you’re reaction whenever you find something worth it! Love the videos!
Wow, you were a dedicated sea glasser, and you were richly rewarded! What a beautiful, enormous pile of sea glass! And now that I have some of your lovely sea glass creations for my own, I know exactly how you’ll use all of those tiny pieces! As always, it was a great trip to the shore, and I thank you for taking us along. How fun to see your boys in all of that snow, too! Take care! 🙏❤️
Wonderful day for you and the rest of us too. Happy you had such a great haul of beautiful sea glass. I see your boys (and maybe you also) are enjoying all that snow! I am always glad to read your reply after commenting. Made my day. My daughter, Beth left to return to her home in Ohio. I needed a “pick me up” and you were it. I’m glad to know you. As I’ve said You are a nice man. God bless you 🙏🏻 and 🤗 PS I also have a son, William, and brothersMichael, and William. 😊 Have good week. Happy Easter
I always love readers your words and connecting as well Bernadette and was so happy to have this fun new video to share with you! (Because I know you’ve seen all my older ones! Lol).🌅 Happy Easter as well my friend!🧡 Your kind words and friendship mean very much to me! 💯
I learn so much from you, Mike, thank you! I don’t think I truly knew the origin of Pirate Glass. Cooool! Also, it was really neat to see the sights along the bus ride, never having been to your wonderful part of the world. So glad to follow you!
Awe!☀️ I’m so glad to have you as my friend Christine and that you enjoy learning about my finds as well!🌅 It’s such a pleasure and honour to share with you!💯 (Glad you can enjoy the bus ride, without taking the bus!)😂 Hugs, hugs Christine! 🧡
I saw a clear to the left of the big rock, I think an amber above the rock and another clear above the ones you were pointing out all at 7:55. When you paned up I think I saw a blue on the upper right below the big rock. Sorry, I was sea glass hunting with you.
I love it Tina!🧡 Their absolutely was an abundance of smaller sea glass on the beach, it’s impossible to pick it all, but I tried! 💯 I love taking you sea glass hunting with me Tina!💫 I’m so glad you enjoy it so much!🌅 Hugs! 🧡
Wow, Mike! I never would have guessed that the thick grey glass was from a TV or that your trip was eleven hours on eight different buses or that there could be ten thousand pieces of seaglass on that food tray. That's somethin'. (*V*) Stay warm and dry.
That was certainly a long day of work Mike! It never ceases to amaze me the volume of seaglass you can find in one day on such a small stretch of beach. Stunning manganese glass finds and the sweetest worn marble and bright yellow shard, 😀.
Thanks Colombe!🌅 I agree, it was a great day for Beachcombing and well worth the trip! 💯 Thanks for coming along on the adventure with me!🙏 Happy Easter and hugs! 🧡
Great video!! I found the smallest blue at point aconi beach the other day, there is not a lot of glass there at all, i have a few greens and browns. I'm gonna take my doggie to indian beach today! Thanks for sharing, always!! Hugs and love!!

Your enthusiasm is contagious. Can you provide a bit of a guideline for identifying black sea glass? Is there a trait that stands out from regular stones? Thank you for your videos!
Thanks so much for your kind words and asking such a great question!💫
When in doubt ( with respect to black glass) don’t be afraid to take something home for closer examination under more idea circumstances.🌊🌊🌊
Black glass and black rocks do appear similar however are made up of different elements/minerals.
That said, what give sea glass its patina/surface is the etching of elements, also known as “the hydration process”. Which creates a “crater-like” surface.
A black rock won’t possess the same etching as glass does.
Over time it becomes easier, I understand how difficult it can be to discern even I get fooled once in a while!💯
Happy hunting & Hugs my friend! 🧡
