Beef Tikka Boti
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
5 green chillies chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp chat masala
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tbsp Tikka masala
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
Half tsp garam masala powder
1 cup yogurt
Half cup oil
Pinch of food color
Directions:
Mix all ingredients
Marinate for 30-60 minutes
Cook on medium flame for 1 hour
Give coal smoke for 3-4 minutes.
