Got rid of the old beater focus and got a new 2017 Jeep. Swapped all my Rockford subs, amps, speakers over and man does it still sound amazing!

Nice not bad for the Punch stage 3 woofers brother. Rockford gang ;). I personally run the T2 15"s D2s and dude their absolutely bad ass. Iv had all the punch woofers and the T1 and T2 and I got the T3 19" but I gotta resolder a lead back to the coil which isn't hard to do but I got it for $200 bucks lol dude thought it was blown n so did I and I was just gonna get it to just own one lol until I got to really looking and seen that because the coils look absolutely new and was like only other possibly is either his amp went bad or the leads n I checked the leads and the positive one just came off the coil that's it lol and when I checked the coil with a multimeter it ohmed out perfectly 1ohm. So imma solder it prob Tom or sat and throw it in the car I got a box I built for it really nice Plexy window tuned to 28hz should sound amazing I hope lol fingers crossed 😂

i know i’m late asf and you sold them, but what do you think will be better. 2 10” or 2 12” P3 rock ford in my car? i have a 4 door sedan
You'd be fine with either, but if you're going for more punchy sound, the 10s would serve you better... However, if you're just looking for air displacement boom, surface area is king, so it'd be the 12s for that.

With that much thought you got to double your box size I know it's 4 years old video but you need to know that Port size is not efficient for two p3
Agreed but for prefab slide in and go it was pretty good. Got 2 EVL 12s in a custom kerf port box now.

I did not have a second battery for this setup. I now currently have a bigger system though that does have a second battery and high output alternator. I have some slow motion vids of the new system on my channel.

How do you reduce the body shaking?
Something like Dynamat on the inside of the panels work great. With this system the noise was not all that audible on the inside so I never took the time to put any on.

I just bought the same exact enslosure about a month ago they sound nice although I do have to say I liked the Kicker L7 15" I had before..sounded way deeper and cleaner..maybe bc it was a 15 inch? Trust me if you own a truck or have the space for 15" inch subs get the 15s trust me !

@@domsugar9160 its just depending on where u want ur notes if u want all notes to sound good go for 12s and stuff but if u just want it to cram thats what 15s and up is for

them prefab boxes arent optimal, subs themselves are great tho
basically when you give the P3's a well designed box, actually built to play below 30hz in a room and not relying on the standard car acoustics, they will play as deep as 15's while still being more musical
these things are like tuned to 35+Hz in the prefab boxes "because a lot of cars amplify tones under that" but best is to build a box made tuned at 25Hz or something like that

what are you running for door speakers bro?
I got the same system but I have 4 door speakers with another amp and I can hear the music. With the bass. That's all bass turn it down a bit and you'd like it better
Camera mic distorts when bass hits. I had rockford 6x9s all around on a 4 channel amp. Highs, mids and lows all crystal clear bud.
