These spectres use a permanent aoe gas cloud that follows them once they get below 50% hp. That is the coolest part.

so i tested them on Occultist, while explosions are nice and made clearing smoother, the single target damage fell off a cliff compared to necro

im not doing T17 , mobs are too rippy
