I've never been a cryer and society said there's something wrong with me. Turns out it was masculinity the whole time. Thank you for what your doing.

Bro in the 1940 the average man had very hard physical work since childhood, good quality food, minimal chemicals in the environment
now the average man doesn't move at all, he doesn't do sports from age of three year old child, he sits in front of a smartphone, eats trash food that has no food in it at all and is exposed to chemical warfare

@@graybeardactual3149 If we don't destroy ourselves for the next 50 years, medicine will fix everything, you will take an injection, you will live for 500 years and you will be healthy, but that's only for millionaires.

Studies show that exogenous supplementation of vitamin D raises testosterone the same way sunbathing does but with no skin cancer danger. Just a recommendation!

I just work out, eat clean, do combat sports, and hit trails on my longboard. I don't feel like any more or less of a man than any other man I see. I certainly am not going to compare myself to studies made 100 years ago or any of the people from that time period. To compare is to despair and I'm content with who I am. I can't think of anything that elevated levels of testosterone could help with in my life. Cool video though!

You're doing well then. I'll add that the topic isn't elevated T but recognizing what it wld be naturally minus environmental factors. Check out Dr Anthony Jay he has a great book abt endocrine disruptors. And the process of ridding those wld fit your lifestyle too

Testosterone isn't everything. at 32 my natural test was at 1615.. that was the first time I ever got tested. I'm 40 now and since then been tested a couple more times and lowest was in the 900s after some serious bouts of stress/depression. I wouldn't say I've ever been Mr confident or done anything spectacular with my life.
