@marcrodet4900 I have used it on iphone and mac and can confirm it’s quite useless for everyday tasks. they keep selling it as a big feature to drive sales of their latest products while in reality it’s quite a gimmick i often never use.
@strangequark655 You cannot speak for someone else. It's totally unfair. The person who made the claim should be providing arguments to support its allegation
@marcrodet4900 i have tested and used all of these devices, plus i own a 2022 m2 macbook air. I have done a sizeable amount of research in this video to build on beforehand knowledge and experiences and i believe my views on these products are justified. I never claimed any of these are bad products it’s more that apple charges too much for them, hence the ‘worst value’ title.
Bruh your literally just clowning on apple lol, all the products you mentioned are YEARS old. Like I even forgot the wheels existed, same with the SE. Dude, most of your video is BS. You talk about the iPhone 14/15 not having any of the new iPhone features making it "unusable" but at the same time talk about the new iPhone 16 not having any new features. Like what type of logical fallacy is that? Also you keep contradicting yourself. You title the video "WORST VALUE APPLE PRODUCTS" than say "with the iPad 10, theres nothing too wrong with it." I'm not even talking about apple at this point. Atleast make your videos clear and thorough.
Thanks for telling me! I definitely should have made myself clearer. The iPhone 14 and 15 all of a sudden feel slightly outdated (more than it usually does) compared to the iPhone 16 in terms of software. But, they changed so little in terms of hardware and actual design with the iPhone 16. You’ll be making immense unnecessary sacrifices from buying either of the devices. Whether that be not having apple intelligence on iPhone 15 or putting a huge markup on the iPhone 16 just for apple intelligence and a few surface level design changes which don’t really make it worth the extra money. Some of the products I mentioned may be ‘years old’ but apple is still selling them an full or near full price, if they were slightly cheaper than other options, I would’ve not brought them up. Thanks for telling me that it’s unclear and I hope I somewhat made myself clearer.
About the iPad 10, there’s a difference between worst value and bad product. a product could be okay but it’s not good value compared to other options, in this case being an older ipad air.
Bro JSTmelon u don’t gotta write a whole paragraph just to hate on him, ur literally a gojo Stan with that goofy ahh 2023 lookin profile, u literally can’t say anything so just don’t watch the videos if u hate them.
I currently run the base macbook air m2, for just a couple of months. I alrdy felt the need of getting an upgrade due to the work im doing. Is the macbook pro m4 worth the upgrade for the long run? or should I get an m3 pro with extra storage
Depends. I would say m3 is too insignificant of an upgrade right now, and m4 is definitely the bigger jump. However, if you can hold on, or find a bargain on an m4, (or even am m3 16gb 512 gb), that would also be great.
@strangequark655I completely agree with that, I was thinking about the m3 before this one but since they’re so similar I couldn’t be happier with my choice
To claim that the reasons to buy a new iPhone SE are so slim misses major positives that are exclusive to the SE (2022). And not just in the Apple lineup, but compared to any other Android device today. How many smartphones are i) available in all major markets with a ii) compact and light body (less than 175 grams), iii) support for the latest OS and at least the next two major versions, with iv) wireless charging and v) excellent 5G / WiFi 6? And if any, how do their price compare to the SE?
the iphone 13 mini (same internals) with bigger and better screen, smaller footprint, wi-fi 6e and 5g, one more camera with more features, same software support and wireless charging and magsafe and 128gb base storage is the same price as the equivalent storage iphone se, with both of them being about 500 usd. i would say the iphone 13 mini is a better deal. but i get that some people really value the old design, just saying that it’s not worth the price that they’re charging it for, especially as there hasn’t been a price drop in the 3 years they’ve been selling it
if you’re buying directly from the apple store, the iphone 14 could still be a better deal than the SE as it’s a lot better for only 50 usd more. and even if that is too big of a price difference, there are loads of online stores and big shops that still have the iphone 13 in stock. Even the 2020 macbook air is still being sold at a discount in these places.
the original iphone se was the best iphone ever, because it was just an improved iphone 5s, which was the best iphone ever. the 12 and 13 mini come close
well no? i think i explained how i think the 2022 se, the ipad 10 and the 2022 macbook air aren’t great value. anyway that’s that i think. maybe i didn’t make myself clear enough ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It is still excellent but it’s too expensive compared to an m1 and also is slightly worse than it in some ways. And m3 felt like a bigger jump from m2 than m2 felt compared to m1. But that shouldn’t be as bad as now all macbooks have 16gb ram default (finally)
Absolutely amazing! I guess retailers are okay with giving a bit of a discount on slightly older devices (even though the m2 is still pretty new). As for buying it directly from apple... I'd pass.
Buddy, iPhone SE looks bad because it has a flagship chip. The chip on a 500$ outperforms a 1,300$ android. Think about that. Also, about the Apple intel, Apple didn't add it to other flagships because they are adding it to Macs, iPhones, iPads, and apple watch also. Thats billions if not millions of devices that apple intel can power without losing money. Its alot of devices, and apple still needs to pay for the servers. Please... Delete this video
It may have the a really fast (albeit old) chip, but it is missing massive features in terms of the camera, screen and other areas and that is due to the 8 year old design they’re choosing. If they gave it a slightly better camera with night mode, a better quality screen, upgraded battery life and fit that in the old design, maybe i could justify paying $429 USD or even more. But thankfully, this should be getting updated in march or sometime this year when we should see a new SE. Hope I made myself clear :) Also, about the apple intelligence, it is all on device, so no server space needed. Thats why you need at least 8gb ram and the a17 pro chip minimum, and also why its such a bummer that the iphone 15 and 14 cannot get the full update.
@strangequark655 My granny loves it, practically the same design as her old iphone 6S and the processor is gonna be holding on for decades. I think the SE is best for a certain audience, and that audience is people who don't use their phones that much, but still want it to last from a functionality standpoint. Or in other words, anyone who is smart enough to use youtube, will not care about the iphone SE.
Very valid point. However, the iPhone 13 (which has same internals as the SE) is about the same price with more base storage. I love the iPhone SE, I have many friends who have one and they all say its great. Personally though, I would go for the 13. But everyone has different requirements and preferences so that is a great point you brought up. Thanks for enlightening me!
Apple Intelligence = 99% marketing + 1% real AI
Nonsense. You haven't tried and used it, so how can you provide an view on it?
@marcrodet4900 I have used it on iphone and mac and can confirm it’s quite useless for everyday tasks. they keep selling it as a big feature to drive sales of their latest products while in reality it’s quite a gimmick i often never use.
@strangequark655 You cannot speak for someone else. It's totally unfair. The person who made the claim should be providing arguments to support its allegation
i am simply giving my view on the apple intelligence, and it’s totally okay if you or others have a different or similar opinion :)
Great value when compared to a cartier bracelet
true! i mean, which cartier bracelet plays music and can receive phone calls ?
@strangequark655idk
Simplistic view. You haven't used any of these devices, yet you claim you can provide an opinion... Totally misleading and dishonest
@marcrodet4900 i have tested and used all of these devices, plus i own a 2022 m2 macbook air. @strangequark655 Your unfounded criticism re. the iPhone SE, just to give one exemple, proves otherwise
Your channel is Soo good. New subscriber
thanks!

I literally know that ur a discord mod with the latest iphone model just to feel good about urself. Now stop hating.
You act like he talm about apple products from 2016! Clearly ya don’t use apple products because he talm about 2021, 2022 products or even newer

I actually love my base m2 air, I can easily get a few days of use before having to charge again
cool! compared to other laptops the m2 still has superior battery life. even if it is slightly behind the slower m1 and the expensive m3
@strangequark655I completely agree with that, I was thinking about the m3 before this one but since they’re so similar I couldn’t be happier with my choice
I got the base MacBook Air m2 but when it got upgraded to 16GB of ram lol
got the iPad 10th gen for $279 on amazon though.
That sounds like an excellent deal! I would also have an iPad 10 for that price. However, buying at full price from the apple store... I'd pass.
underrated ahh channel u earned a sub

@strangequark655 The iPhone 13 mini has long been discontinued. Your answer is totally unwarranted

Yeah, they are a great deal! but as for the base iphone 15s…
the original iphone se was the best iphone ever, because it was just an improved iphone 5s, which was the best iphone ever. the 12 and 13 mini come close
real. it would be so much better if they took a newer chassis like iphone xr or 11 and gave it the new internals
I just got the 14 3 days ago. And damn I miss all that 😢
Inaccurate and exaggerated, for click baiting
well no? i think i explained how i think the 2022 se, the ipad 10 and the 2022 macbook air aren’t great value. anyway that’s that i think. maybe i didn’t make myself clear enough ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Game-changing AI is a stretch
I haven’t used their AI a day yet. It’s not even worth it. Big flop
yup. tried it on my macbook and deleted it after about a month to save the storage
m2 MacBook Air is great idk what you mean
It is still excellent but it’s too expensive compared to an m1 and also is slightly worse than it in some ways. And m3 felt like a bigger jump from m2 than m2 felt compared to m1. But that shouldn’t be as bad as now all macbooks have 16gb ram default (finally)
@ I got a m2 16gb 256 for 780 at Best Buy last week .. I think that’s a great deal
Absolutely amazing! I guess retailers are okay with giving a bit of a discount on slightly older devices (even though the m2 is still pretty new). As for buying it directly from apple... I'd pass.
