I will always remember when my 10th grade science teacher got a 5C 8gb and was so frustrated with it I’m pretty sure he returned it. He was complaining in class how he couldn’t download anything. Definitely one of my favorite teachers I’ve had lol
My first phone was a ZTE jasper and all I used it for was calls and text, then I got the 5C and I liked it but only complaint I had was it heats up bc of the plastic body it had then I got the 6 which was something i wanted because it supported iOS 12 and the 5C only stopped at iOS 9 then I got the 8 plus rose gold which wasn’t my favorite color but my brother won the red so I was stuck with it then my battery was cooked and I broke the glass where i switched to a SE 2nd gen which I then gave it to my grandma because that battery was also cooked but when I fixed it and check the software it somehow supports iOS 18 but i decided not to got budget friendly anymore and bought a iPhone 13 for 850 totall with the case and apple care
Actual huge problem with 6+ was simply HOW FREAKING SLOW it was. I mean, it was lacking ram so much it was slow even at the time of its release. Strange that nobody mentioned it here already.
No offense but the 5C was terrible, but…. It did fix a problem the 5 had. If you lived in an area that got cold, the 5 was known to shut down in cold weather. Quickly, like 15 minutes and it would go 100% to 50% to dead. The 5C didn’t have that problem. I’m not sure if they intentionally fixed it but they did lol. The 5S also didn’t have the same problem just the 5.
@deliroous at the time Android wasn't as smooth as it is right now, didn't have a long software update map iPhones got, and had some massive differences in app availability between play store and app store. If you couldn't afford an apple flagship at the time, android was the only alternative with those compromises (granted android still a lot more flexible as an OS), but the 5c was very good enough and IMO, had most of the things that made iPhones good - smooth OS, great app library, and plentifully powerful hardware.
The thing with the 5C is, if the 5 didn’t exist, or if it was $150.00 cheaper than the 5S, it would sell A LOT. It was already destroying most Android Flagships sales-wise.
17:03 the thing with the removal of the headphone jack is it effectively forced the Bluetooth device industry, especially earbuds, to evolve at an incredible rate and making them much better in a very short amount of time.
One thing that iPhone SE 2022 model has going for it is the sales prices. I paid $150 brand new at Walmart six months ago. And Verizon has been selling it for $50 for their prepaid versions. Sure, $429 at the Apple Store but way cheaper everywhere else. Also I paid $50 for a battery case that makes it better than the latest iPhone 16 Pro Max for battery life.
@@paulsz6194 yes, the $50 one was directly from Verizon and locked. I was shocked when Walmart gave me for $150 an unlocked one. I was figuring it had to be a Verizon model but it wasn’t. I haven’t seen that deal since.
You should do this for MacBooks. There are so many choices. you could go 08 MBA that was overpriced and only got 2 major updates, the failing 2011 MBPs, the entire 2016-2019 era...
I used my SE 1st gen up to June 2023, then got a brand new 12 mini as I loved the size of the SE and didn't want a huge phone. Loved the 12M but disappointed by the battery life. In June 2024 bought a brand new 13 Mini as I loved the size but this was a huge improvement over the 12M, going to keep the 13M as long as possible. 6 months using it the battery life is 96%
My first instinct is to say 5C, but the 4 with the antennagate issue was a pretty big deal at the time. Second I‘d say the 6 plus with bendgate or the 5C for overall construction
@ I’m not lying it literally cannot handle looking at the news and playing music at the same time and it crashes pretty often. You should buy an XR and have it as your only phone on iOS 18 because it is super slow on it.
IMO, for the next SE gen Apple should just take 13 mini, take out the ultra wide, put the 15 main sensor into it, usb c, and A17 Pro (with 1 less GPU core), name it the “SE 2025” to sell it for, like, 499. Then take the 14 or 14 Plus even, name it “SE Plus” and sell for 599. That’d please a lot more people, I reckon.
Tbh I feel like at that point they should just drop the SE entirely, like another commenter said 8 Plus build is probably best but they could release it alongside a version that resembles the 13 mini…. It would be reversing the roles where the older design is bigger and the newer is the smaller phone
27:15 You forgot mentioning that the 12 Pro Max had a 2.5 telephoto zoom, so there were iPhones with optical 2 times zoom but also one iPhone with a 2.5 optical zoom
27:30 IMO, iOS, especially later versions of iOS 15, roughly after iOS 15.6 were like the most stable, bug free and best battery performing iOS version i have ever experienced. Also the 13 Pro series live wallpaper were so beautiful, such a shame that with iOS 16 they got removed.
Oh wow, this was really good. Always thought the 5C looked really cool, and liked the colors. But now when you made the side by side comparison to 5S, damn, the 5S is soooo elegant and beautiful. The kinds of beautiful it feels like a shame to put a protection cover on.
I just realized something… the iPhone 4S got iOS 9 meanwhile the 5 / 5C / 5S 6 and 6 plus also all had iOS 9. What a weird group of phones to be optimizing for lol. Nowadays with the oldest being what iPhone XR or 11 it’s probably pretty easy to optimize IOS for each device.
Same with iOS 15, since had to be optimized for 8 different iPhone display sizes (SE1 & iPod Touch 7 to the 13 Pro Max). On the 4S, there's very few visible compromises in iOS 9, while on the SE1, there's a bunch of little cutoffs and spacing errors in iOS 15.
@ oh wow I almost forgot about the iPods being on there. I guess they are still doing that with the SE 3 optimizing iOS for the archaic iphone design… I wonder what they cut out of the SE 3 to make iOS 18 work on it.
Prediction before finishing: iPhone 6. Jesus I remember having the touch disease, the worst issue I’ve ever dealt with dealing with an iPhone. I’ll Never forget that travesty
Literally just bought a 14 today, this is brutal. I don’t know why I chose it over the 13 but felt right. I love it, can tell it’s an upgrade from my 12.
iPhone 13 is same like 12. It has cinematic mode but 12 is little bit even better than 13. Just checked and 14 does not have much new that 12 has. You should have bought 16. Price difference is not that big (in my country less than 200€)
For me personally, the iPhone 11 was the worst iPhone I ever owned. I “upgraded” from the iPhone 8 Plus, which was one of my favorite iPhones and was the most reliable iPhone I’ve ever owned. The 11 was the complete opposite. I went through multiple iPhone 11s because of build quality and software issues. Apple Care was a lifesaver at that point, but it was still ridiculous how bad the iPhone 11 was.
I think you just got unlucky. My three of my friends used to have an iPhone 11 and were happy with it, my cousin is still using it since 2019 and doesn't complain
I’ve owned every iPhone since the 5c. My top 5 favorite in order: iPhone 8, iphone 7, iPhone 13 Pro/max, 11 pro/max, iPhone 16 pro/max.special shoutout to iPhone XS and XR
I always thought apple deliberately called the iPhone 5C as iPhone 5 CHEAP. It's ironic because it wasn't cheap at all when it came out, and the colors grew on me eventually, loved the yellow one.
Imo iPhone 6 series. Cool bigger screen but it was hardly an improvement overall compared to the 5S and was hardly any faster (hence why it was EOL’ed at the same time as the 5S)
It’s the 6 & 7. The 6 because it bent which was sloppy engineering and the 7 because it had many issues. My 7 was replaced by Apple TWICE. So I had 3 of them essentially. I sold the third one before it could give me issues. My wife’s 7 stopped working after a few normal drops in a very protective case.
I would think the 5c. You could argue that the first 3 iPhones in comparison to the rest of the lineup are the worst but for the years they were launched they were revolutionary. The iPhone 5c was pretty bad in comparison to the 5s and other smartphones launched in 2013. A year later the iPhone 6 was released and it was the biggest one year gap for iPhone specs compared to any other year to year upgrade comparison. Also the 5c was on 32 bit architecture and It was the quickest to loose compatibility with new software and apps.
Touch disease was actually directly related to the iPhone having been bent because the solder connections would separate! Definitely one of the worst iPhones to repair.
Watching it from my regular iPhone 14 which I bought in July 2024. I was between this and the 13, knowing that it was actually the same phone for 100$ more but for me the camera aspect was very important plus the slightly better battery life. And it didn’t disappoint me in the camera part, its videos and photos are a lot above the average. And the 2 Gigs of Ram are well appreciated. But I agree to the fact that it was a very lazy “upgrade” compared to the iP13.
As a 13 user who bought it when it wasn't the latest gen by that point...I wish I went with the 14 Plus, instead. Don't get me wrong, I love my iPhone and it has the perfect usage, I couldn't wish for more...except the bigger screen and that 2 extra gigs of ram.
i recently bought a used iphone 12 64gb and moved to ios. i’ve never felt that great on android even tho my old android phone launched in 2024. may not be the best performing phone but so stable and solid performance. it is the same phone when it first launched performance wise.
Completely disagree on the SE3 even making it to the next round. Is the price way too high? Yah, sure. But that phone is amazing. I refuse to use USB-C, I much prefer Touch ID to Face ID and I never really liked the move away from a nice square screen. My only complaint would be the battery as the camera and procesor are more than satisfactory but even there I can get through a day just fine if only having to be cautious of my battery level. I also use a 13 mini as a business phone and I still much prefer the SE3, tho it’s a shame I’m never really upgrading thanks to the standardisation of the worst port to ever be: USB-C. That and the fact they dropped to mini line and there is no chance in hell they’ll make another phone with Touch ID. 😢
I had the 5C and it was good. My friends also had them and kept them for years. They were very nice to hold and slid easily into a pocket. It was a great model because you never worried about dropping it because it’s plastic. The worst is the 6 and the 7.
By quantity alone the 6 is the worst. So many iPhones in the world with only 4 years of iOS support and multiple hardware flaws, some from the get go, and they were the iPhone 6.
4S was actually really good and premium looking phone. Bought it 2015 second hand and managed to sell it in 2018. I never broke 4S screen and it survived a fall into river. Only iPhone i fully managed to destroy was first gen SE, really weak screen. Touch ID was huge step but did not work that good. Then i got 8plus, good cameras and screen size, phone looks premium but screen was weak. iPhone 12 was perfect phone, good OLED screen, faceid, battery health and screen survived all drops, is best size for hand and reminds little bit 4S design. I understand why Apple has not changed that design and i hope they won't do it. Now iPhone 16PRO user, thats a beast, sad a bit that PRO MAX has way much better battery than PRO..
6:41 I have my theories on which phone it’s going to end up being, but the 3GS will always hold a special place in my heart. I never owned one, but I had several friends that did because it was the first phone to ever include voiceover, a screen reader that reads everything on the screen for the blind and visually impaired
Night mode is not that important and nobody really uses it. What I meant to say is the setting is there but people have no clue that it’s even turned on and wonder why their pictures take so long to take because they don’t understand their phones or what that setting even is
Still rocking my 13 Pro Max since launch. Battery health is at 83% now & I am a very heavy user. Still gets through the day At launch on iOS 15 it was beast lasting 2 days with heavy use
The 5C was my first iphone, i remember the only reason i got it instead of the 5S was how it felt in the hand, how ergonomic it was compared with my Samsung at the time
I went from the iPhone 7, to the XS, and finally to the 13 Mini (with the same footprint as my 7). Got it in Product Red, and it really complements my iPad Mini. Thanks for the content.
American title: "What is the best iPhone ever? (Reviewing Every iPhone!)" Canadian title: "What is the worst iPhone ever? (Reviewing Every iPhone!)" So pessimistic lol
5c was my first iPhone and honestly it wasn’t a bad phone. I gave it to my dad when I upgraded to a 7 and he used it up until a few years ago. I have a 16 now and I really miss the mini. The mini was hands down my favorite even if the battery wasn’t that great.
Back when i was in middle school and one of my class mates got an iPhone 5C it was really something special to see. It's the only time i ever though an iPhone was cool.
The iPhone 7, 8, and X definitely deserved to receive 1-2 more years of iOS updates. They are not slow by any means, and iPad models with the same processors and RAM as these iPhones did get said updates, so there was clearly no hardware limitation. It was just planned obsolescence. I'm sure the same will be said about the XR/XS when those models likely lose updates next year.
@@Tempo_est I think you missed the point. I never said you can't use them anymore, in fact, you actually can use most modern apps on those iPhones. They're not really "obsolete", yet, as for the next couple years. But they would have even more years on their belt if Apple didn't arbitrarily decide to cut iOS updates. Right now, they're just at the start of the ticking time bomb of obsolescence, as they slowly lose major app support
I totally agree, especially with the iPhone X. That phone was expensive af, just to get like, what, barely 6 years of support? I remember people were PISSED when it came out that the iPhone X was being dropped. Idk why no one is really talking about this now.
The worst iPhone I ever owned as somebody that’s used different ones for 10 years is the 4 but not for the Antennagate problems. That phone was old for the time and one that my dad no longer used, it was just something for me to have. I owned it for a year and it was so terrible on the battery life that under heavy usage it would go down 50% within an hour. Regular usage it decreased around 30-40% in that same timeframe and light usage it still could go down 20-25%. Even idling, it could decrease by 15-20% and within an hour. The sounds didn’t work on it unless it was someone calling me and alarms while the other problem I had was the WiFi never working on it so I was constantly running on data and I had to baby it so much with how much I was on the phone just from battery alone but the way my phone plan was at the time.
I only had one friend with a 5C and he liked it a lot. I think it was because it was his first iPhone and the plastic construction's ability to handle drops was key because he was an alcoholic at the time and dropped his phone constantly. I just upgraded from the 11 Pro to the 16 Pro and like it a lot so far. Pro Motion, the dynamic island, and 5G are all great. The cameras are actually a bit too good for my liking because I was able to capture some pretty fantastic low-light scenes with the 11 Pro by deliberately misusing night mode...the upgrade I do 100% love is the 5x telephoto lens. "Unfortunately," the 16 Pro images things more or less as I see them. T The 16 Pro is a very nice incremental upgrade but doesn't feel like it is the same sort of seismic jump forward that the 11 Pro was compared to everything before the X. Apple Intelligence did not work at all until iOS 18.2 came out. The camera control button is mereley a gimmick even if it is quite useful here and there. I'm hoping that it may set a future standard with side-mounted touch ID sensors.
I had a 5C, which I used it intermittently but consistently, once the 6 Plus I swapped it for got smashed, for almost three years well into 2018, and it gave me such headaches that I actually switched to Android for a while 😅
45:05 Personally, coming from a mid-range Android for many years, I got the iPhone 14 on sale and I really love it. I understand the criticism of this phone but in my case it's different.
My iphone 6s plus has touch disease when it has low battery. Its really anoying because you are doing something and the phone touches random things. This firstly happened in 2021 and still happens. Its not too bad because it fixes itself and i use it like a second device with my Xiaomi 14T.
I think you forgot to mention that the 14 ditch the physical sim on the US model which kinda sucks cause a lot of carrier still use the SIM cards like mine
Me maybe among others bought a 13 mini after the 14 was presented knowing there will not be a mini iPhone is the foreseeable future even though i had a 12 mini and the upgrade was nice but not really necessary. Such a shame they never updated the mini series.
It’s crazy to me how when the regular 15 was released it seemed like a repackaged 14 Pro with USB-C and I convinced myself not to get the 15 Pro because the differences were minimal. A year later, we’ve got software features through Apple Intelligence and gaming which have made the regular 15 age like milk. I’m upgrading to 16 Pro Max because my 15 hasn’t retained its value as well as past iPhones.
Talking about quality and quantity, shouldn’t the iPhone 6 be the worst then? Low quality in high quantities means at some point a bad user experience for many people. The worst iPhone is an unreliable one, which the 6 definitely was. 4 years of software support while the prior and later models all set new records for their respective time is really bad, together with hardware issues from the get go, the 6 probably caused more headaches and frustration, especially for people that couldn’t afford a new device after the issues came to light.
5C may be the worse, but all it needed was more storage capacity in my opinion. It was great budget friendly phone when all you wanted was the blue bubble.
At least the 5C was an iPhon with the previos processor but at 99 bucks, at the same moment the 14 have the. same processor than the 13 but cost 799$ (and it was most expensive that the 13 in Europe). It didn't have the 120hz (at the same moment all the cheapest phone has the 120hz), still the lightning... But the SE3 is just a scam
Because the market the of 13/14 don’t care about 120hz. The 13/14 are meant to be cheaper options for people not needing pro features. I feel everyone makes a bigger deal about the standard iPhones not having pro motion then they should.
Iphone 5C maybe was the worst, but don't underestimate the arcaic piece called Iphone SE 2022. Yes, they launched a phone with 2014 borders, an IPS display, a battery with less than 2000 mAh, a mid single camera, 30 minutes to charge only half of a small battery... all sold at high midrange price! The only good thing is the chipset, but it heats up quicly and burns faster the already small battery.
I just upgraded from the 12 to the 16 pro and it’s so good I needed the upgrade so bad because my 12 only had 64 gb The pro motion is so nice I was gonna wait till 17 but couldn’t deal with the 12 anymore I still might get the 17 if it is crazy different but if not I’m definitely getting the 18
I don’t agree, the 5c it was a great phone, good battery and cheap to buy, was free on contract. My wife had the 14, and it was really a bad phone especially if you wanted to take pictures outside in the sun, it will dim the screen in 2 minutes. I have the iPhone SE 3rd gen, for my work, and it is great to have a work phone you don’t even feel you have it in your pocket, its still fast. Great video!
Initially, i thought 5C but now I am going to say the iPhone 4 because of antenna gate. Imagine holding your phone with a firm grip (which is necessary to avoid it getting stolen unfortunately) and it blocks the signal.
I’ve owned the 5, SE1, X, 12 Pro, and now 16 Pro. The 5 was the worst iPhone I had with a battery needing multiple recharging each day. Mine was black and finish on the chamfered edges was wearing off despite having a case on which made it look beat up. It also had 32 GB and I was constantly maxing out the storage space. The SE1, X, and 12 Pro were all solid phones for me. My Dad still is using my old X after I got the 12 Pro. I’d say my favorite iPhone is the X from a design standpoint because there was nothing like it at the time of launch. The SE1 follows as it was brilliant sticking the 6s internals into the 5s casing at a lower price.
I knew it was going to be the iPhone 5C. I never cared about the model when I upgraded from a iPhone 4S to 5S before going on to the 7 Plus. I reluctantly upgraded to a 8 Plus when my 7 Plus failed and swore that it’s probably going to be my last iPhone as Apple did away with Touch ID. I am still using my iPhone 8 Plus till this day. And to add, I still have my iPhone 4S today although I’m using it as a iPod right now. I don’t care about the Home button but I want Touch ID as I don’t like or trust Face ID. Worse case scenario is I end up with the SE (2022), also known as the SE3, for its 5G connectivity. And if Apple still does not bring back Touch ID for newer models, that will make the end of my relationship with Apple.
for me personally, the iPhone 14 was bad bc it was literally an iphone 13 and they didnt even try to hide it. and then honorable mention for worst iphone would be the 16 pro because how can you tout that the phone was built from the ground up for apple intelligence and then delay the release of all features until sometime next year.
I got my iPhone SE 3rd Gen for $149 from Walmart. It was unlocked after 60 days by Verizon and then I replaced the Walmart Family Mobile sim with a Verizon sim and everything works fine with no "Tracfone start-up" ad like my similarly-priced Samsung phone. For $149, it's a great phone. For $429, Apple can keep it. Betcha Apple prices the new iPhone SE 4th Gen at "only $499"! What a bargain ...not!
iPhone se3 i would say is perfect as a second phone for people in work places where their phones can be dropped or crushed as it would be cheap to repair
omfg he name dropped the BRIEF IPHONE! A RETROSPECTIVE VIEW! peeps complained 2 hours isn't brief........ 40-60 years of technology talked about in two hours isn't brief??? I think it is....
why 16PRO and PRO Max? 16 PRO MAX has best battery, even beats Samsung S24 Ultra. Just got 16 PRO and it's really good phone. Please watch reviews 15 (pro) vs 16 (pro). There is huge difference (cameras, buttons, huge improvement in CPU, battery, built quality).
@@Tempo_est Because of so many promises that were never delivered, or slowly being introduced. Even then the features they brought are beyond disappointing and isn't worth the asking price for whatever Apple Intelligence is. It's anything but intelligent. You're better off getting the 15 Pro/15 Pro Max for cheaper and still getting the features that was promised to be with the 16 family. The power difference isn't big either, so you're not missing much at all.
Guess I am the ony one who love the Plus models, I ike the bigger screen but dont care about more tech packaged in the Pro Max variant. 14 Plus user here and keeps goin well.
Your dig that "your dad still has a 14" and that's ok. I'm on the 6S, and it works just fine. I'm wavering toward keeping it for free until it blows up in my pocket rather than paying $$$ for an upgrade. I'm here trying to be convinced that it's worth upgrading.... Not quite there yet. Another 3rd degree burn on my right backside cheek--I might be OK with that.
As a previous owner of the 5C seeing all these comments surprised me, it was a great phone and my first iphone ever, definitely the reason why i loved apple after that
Prediction before watching: iPhone 5C
WORD.
That's such a chill prediction.
Yea 8 gb storage and made of plastic idk how I used that phone for a year. I had to backup and clear my storage daily to have any space on it lol.
It’s still such a sweet heart 💙
@Trashinated yupp
Most are gonna say 5C but I say SE Third Gen literally an iPhone 8 with a new processor still being sold in 2024
I understand this too. It’s honestly disappointing coming from apple. I hope the SE4 changes this and I hope it comes out in March-April 2025.
Agreed
Not that bad it's much better then a 5c tho
Dont forget the tiny low brightness lcd.
Yeah, but the SE 3 at least was decent at launch and still holds up ok if bought from a third party. The 5C was never good value.

For me personally, its the 6 plus. Mine was bent within a week or two just from normal use. And then later on it just lost all network connection.
I had mine for six months until it smashed, which makes it the most fragile iPhone I ever owned, but it was probably my all time favorite
i’ve dropped mine like a million times, i’m actually surprised that I never experienced such a thing.
you were holding it wrong
i think the 6 plus is worse considering how many phones broke in that era compared to the iphone 5 my god that phone was bad

Dream on as that’s what I hoped to see, a iPhone SE Plus based on the iPhone 8 Plus with better specs, back in 2020 & 2022 but it never happened.
The 14 has satellite connectivity and crash detection which are the reasons my mom chose a 14 over the 13
27:30 IMO, iOS, especially later versions of iOS 15, roughly after iOS 15.6 were like the most stable, bug free and best battery performing iOS version i have ever experienced.

@@fitnesse9055weird flex
I’ll
Never forget that travesty
Or bendgate 🤣
Literally just bought a 14 today, this is brutal. I don’t know why I chose it over the 13 but felt right. I love it, can tell it’s an upgrade from my 12.
iPhone 13 is same like 12. It has cinematic mode but 12 is little bit even better than 13. Just checked and 14 does not have much new that 12 has. You should have bought 16. Price difference is not that big (in my country less than 200€)
@ in my country u can have 2 iPhone 13 for a price of one 16. Namibia 🇳🇦
@@Homiechris15 what? iPhone 11 is goated. My sister has one is still working so well up to this date.

I love those long videos, good way to start the morning 🥳
I’ve owned every iPhone since the 5c. My top 5 favorite in order: iPhone 8, iphone 7, iPhone 13 Pro/max, 11 pro/max, iPhone 16 pro/max.special shoutout to iPhone XS and XR
I remember how I was flattered and proud of holding my 3gs in which my friends and people around me using their blackberries.
Same 😂but was gutted when I realised my old blackberry storm had a far better camera
Okay my guess would be 5c , let's see if I'm right

Honestly I just don’t like the XR So if I was making this list I would say it was terrible but not quite as bad as the iPhone 5c
me,my cousin,my cousins cousin,my aunt,my dads friend uses the xr
Had a XR until last year till upgraded to the 15PM no real issues till I broke it
I love how you explained all the changes and the timeline of the IPhones. I would also enjoy watching if you made another video for Samsung
And the Pixel phones.
11:20 watching this on my 5s
Great Video. Kept me hooked every minute!!
Still gets through the day
At launch on iOS 15 it was beast lasting 2 days with heavy use
The 5C was my first iphone, i remember the only reason i got it instead of the 5S was how it felt in the hand, how ergonomic it was compared with my Samsung at the time
I went from the iPhone 7, to the XS, and finally to the 13 Mini (with the same footprint as my 7). Got it in Product Red, and it really complements my iPad Mini.
Thanks for the content.
can you make a video about the U2 album that’s still on my phone? 🤣🤣

4:37 you can actually install down to iOS 3.0 on a 3G with a regular ipsw in iTunes because it has no shsh blobs,
The iPhone 7, 8, and X definitely deserved to receive 1-2 more years of iOS updates. They are not slow by any means, and iPad models with the same processors and RAM as these iPhones did get said updates, so there was clearly no hardware limitation. It was just planned obsolescence. I'm sure the same will be said about the XR/XS when those models likely lose updates next year.
who says you can't use them anymore? Don't just update apps. Calling and browsing and stuff like that work still fine.
47:45 that’s why there removed the plus model on the 17 model
I loved my SE 3. Didn’t have any problems, worked, what more do you want for a budget iPhone made for people who like the old body style?
The 16 Pro is a very nice incremental upgrade but doesn't feel like it is the same sort of seismic jump forward that the 11 Pro was compared to everything before the X. Apple Intelligence did not work at all until iOS 18.2 came out. The camera control button is mereley a gimmick even if it is quite useful here and there. I'm hoping that it may set a future standard with side-mounted touch ID sensors.
iPhone 5c….hands down the worst especially the 8gb model
8gb back then is equivalent to 64gb now.

Maybe hmmm because the awful battery 🤷🏻♂️👀
Haven't reached the end nor the list, but I am betting on SE 3.
I had a 5C, which I used it intermittently but consistently, once the 6 Plus I swapped it for got smashed, for almost three years well into 2018, and it gave me such headaches that I actually switched to Android for a while 😅
I would love a 17 mini! I still use my 13 mini when I travel for business which is quite often. I hope to see a new upgrade in the future. 🙏
I went from the first iPhone SE, to the XR. A lot of people today still hate on the XR but it was a decent phone and I never had any issues with it.
I really enjoyed my 5c at the time coming from the 4. Used it for almost 3 years.
13 line up is the best because of promotion and battery life
My pick for best is the 5s or iPhone 13.
I’m one of those aforementioned niche users that prefers the small form factor, currently still using a 12 mini to this day
My iPhone 13 plus was having a white screen when I was going to update software the screen became white.
I would also put the XR who cost 800$ without OLED screen
Because the market the of 13/14 don’t care about 120hz. The 13/14 are meant to be cheaper options for people not needing pro features. I feel everyone makes a bigger deal about the standard iPhones not having pro motion then they should.
I’m watching this on my 32GB 2016 SE in the gym. I’m still happy with iOS 15 and bring it out from time to time.
In regards to the headphone jack disappearing, the majority of people listen to music with wireless buds than wired
Yeah, because there’s no ports anymore. You’ve got the chicken before the egg 😂
they didn't back in 2016 when the iPhone 7 was released, that's why people were mad about It and still are.
You ever ask why? Because Apple created a problem and are selling you the solution.
I had the iPhone 5s in space gray that thing was beautiful I used it till it was broken
Not happy with the verdict but I understand. I had a 5c and absolutely loved it. It was my first iPhone and holds a special place in my heart!
I just upgraded from the 12 to the 16 pro and it’s so good I needed the upgrade so bad because my 12 only had 64 gb
The pro motion is so nice
I was gonna wait till 17 but couldn’t deal with the 12 anymore
I still might get the 17 if it is crazy different but if not I’m definitely getting the 18
I don’t agree, the 5c it was a great phone, good battery and cheap to buy, was free on contract.
Awesome video!
Initially, i thought 5C but now I am going to say the iPhone 4 because of antenna gate. Imagine holding your phone with a firm grip (which is necessary to avoid it getting stolen unfortunately) and it blocks the signal.
Bought a 13 mini last January because I wanted something that fits in my pocket and does the job without too many sacrifices
Boy do I miss pretty color options for the Pro Max variants lol Apple please pleaseee please bring em back 🙏🏽

Because of so many promises that were never delivered, or slowly being introduced. Even then the features they brought are beyond disappointing and isn't worth the asking price for whatever Apple Intelligence is. It's anything but intelligent.

Your dig that "your dad still has a 14" and that's ok. I'm on the 6S, and it works just fine.
