We, and all of this community have re-ignited ancient knowledge that was almost lost because of the evils and greed of "big food" and " big P-harma, whether you've just begun your journey, or a 10 year veteran of this way of life, we all all are a visual and living proof example to all around us with the ears to hear, and the eyes to see, the source of a ripple in a large pond. Peace to you and yours, sister @@juliegrune1375 😃

My background is biomedical research for a spinal development company so I attested everything on myself and collected all the data and that's the only way I can figure out what worked and what didn't. I did 30 days of water I did 60 days of juicing organic fruits and vegetables for a response. In two weeks ago I started carnivore and then the first 4 days I was down 7 lb and my joint pain and migraines were gone.

Since turning 50 a couple years ago I started to be terrified of dying. Every ache, pain, heartburn, etc issue was magnified 10x by the thought, this could be something bad....... Now those thoughts barely creep into my mind because I know that I'm living a healthy lifestyle and I also have feel that I'm aging backwards since changing my way of eating.

Hi Kerry , YOU and your story is the reason that I finally took the jump last week and started carnivore. Been doing keto for the last 10 years, and for the start I set my self to stay on it for 2 weeks, but hey I've been feeling so great that I don't thing I'll go back to keto anymore..is just not efficient. And the thing that you said about having regrets at the end of your life let me tell you I've been working in a ICU department for 4 years and the amount of suffering of people that I saw there just made me terrified, and the overwhelming majority of them were diabetic, obese and the list can go on. That was my first wake up call that made me start keto, but this is just the next level. Bless You!!!!

I started carnivore 40 days ago because I watched a video saying your depression was lifted. Well my anxiety and depression was GONE within 4 days!!!!
    I feel super human....
All my symptoms that I blamed on age, or menopause, or the stresses of life are ALL gone.
    The benefits list is endless.
There are honestly no drawbacks and my grocery bill has gone down

I have never in my 68 years seen a person so dedicated and making his health a priority. I am 69 years old in a few days and many people my age drink alcohol and smoke weed. I am so proud of you. I started Jan 1st not eating sugar, started carnivore three weeks ago. I went grocery shopping today ran into a neighbor. He looked horrible. I asked him if he was feeling okay, he told me he found out he is diabetic. I looked into his cart and there is cookies and ice cream. Wow.

Hello from the UK. Love your videos , knowledge and enthusiasm. I need some advice from you Kerry or your followers. I am 76 and 6ft 3 in and 16 stone exactly. I have been registered diabetic with my GP for about 14 years and kept it under control by diet exercise and 1 metformin tablet a day. My last Hb1ac a year ago was 4.7 and my total cholesterol was 4.3. I have for the last 4 months been on a ketogenic diet - high meat fish, seafood, low carb prebiotic and low oxalate veggies. Recently had my full blood tests and diabetes check-up. Everything was great, including my lower Hb1ac at 4.1. However my total cholesterol was up to 7, my LDL was 5.7 with a slightly raised HDL and triglycerides. My doctor wanted to refer me to a lipid consultant and put me on statins. I fully explained that this high LDL was due to my body being in ketosis on my diet and this was a common finding and the subject of a lot of recent research. I was pleased. I told her to look back at my long history of a slightly diffuse fatty liver issue on several ultrasound scans years ago and that this was probably clearing away and going back into my bloodstream to be burnt off. I told her of all the fantastic benefits to my ketogenic diet - 10kg weight loss with much reduced visceral fat, less fibromyalgic pain, eyesight going back to normal and no MD or diabetic neuropathy. Small areas of facial psoriasis cleared. Clarity of my brain (I feel 21 again), sleeping better, less issues getting up peeing frequently at night. Her response was all that's wrong with allopathic medicine today - She has to recommend referal and statins, because she could get into trouble, if she did not follow the prescribed government/NHS guidelines for diabetes! Can you advise with this high LDL but low Hb1ac and slightly raised triglycerides? Will it eventually go down as the liver/organs/muscle is cleared of excess fat? I read all the latest research on insulin resistance/hyperinsulinaemia and how it influences the development of chronic disease. I am happy so far with this diet. All my friends think I look 60 not 76!

Dude.... you are an inspiration to many out here. Back in late November i stumbled across one of your videos. I started Carnivore in January, aside from a couple weak moments i am pretty solid with the BBBE. My knees really dont ache anymore, eczema has gone away,i had big time kidney issues including pissing blood. All of that has gone away, all of it. Im down about 30lbs, i never crash during my workday anymore the way i used to. I watch guys crushing doughnuts at work and time them on the crash. Usually takes them about 20 min after they eat that shit. Anyways, i appreciate what you do and in my opinion you are one of the most positive, motivating individuals that i follow. Keep up the great work. Forward motion💪🥩

I hope this comment finds you Kerry. I've been on Carnivore 5 months now; feeling great and not wishing for anything; loving life!! I love your videos, but what I've been finding is that, the more videos I see related to carnivore, they are always dependent on a contrast with other diets; i.e. 'The Standard American Diet; or Vegan.' I've seen several celebrities videos like, what Silvester Stallone eats in a day at age 76, or What Mark Wahlberg eats in a day; they never mention what they DON'T' eat. WE NEED MORE CARNIVORE DIET VIDEO'S THAT don't MENTION OTHER DIETS.
For example, we interview a body builder and ask him what he eats in a day. He says, "Steak and eggs for breakfast, and eggs and lamb for dinner." He says, he only eats between 2pm and 9pm. Then the video ends! DON'T MENTION anything else. Stop talking about Vegan BS in our carnivore videos. If we want to normalize Carnivore; then stop attracting attention to other diets! Just show the damn thing and move on. People will eventually realize that eating only meat is NORMAL and NATURAL. The exact means we are trying to attain!!
Good luck, to all that you're trying to accomplish and I'm rooting for you! CARNIVORE FOR LIFE!!

Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet :
I am now over 100 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else 400-500 g of cocked meat plus 7-8 eggs a day. Divided in 2 meals) I am now 34 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-20%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss)
I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems.
I lost about 15 lbs in the first 6 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 6 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements)
I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition.
So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores:
1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat)
2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you?
    Thank you for your attention

Green shirt matches perfectly with the forest surroundings. You're looking particularly energetic recently, by the way. Is that because you're back on lion diet?

Cooking meat for lunch tomorrow. Warming up the meat i carried for lunch today. I carrry too much so i don't go eat off. Also i got too busy to eat all i wanted. Since the holidays I had been off track. Dude, I was like headed for death. Its weird how quickly it hits. Blood pressure up, belly bloated. I got a freaking hemorrhoid for the first time in my life. Lethargy etc. Im going through my chicken because it was on sale. Then going back to ground beef and butter soup.

You dont choose carnivore because you fancy it, you choose it because you cant live life to the fullest without it.
For anyone who says they need variety and different tastes...try some beef bone marrow and enjoy the braingasm ❤

I would say that all of human history up until about 2000 years ago is a pretty good scientific study on the proper diet

I do carnivore perfectly until about 3pm and then it sort of falls apart. No super bad, but not perfect. I don't beat myself up over it. I just start over the next day. 😀

Just start. Eat fatty meat till it stops tasting good. Keep it simple. Take everything out of your kitchen that isn’t from an animal. Cut all sweets and seed oils, fruits and veg. Watch as many carnivore videos as you can. Dr Anthony Chaffee, Ken Berry, Steak and Butter Gal… many more. All the best to you! ❤

I live on hamburger patties, a steak once a week, eggs and butter. Just eat until full 1-2 a day. It’s the simplest way of eating I’ve ever found. I drink electrolytes 2x a day and a healthy amount of plain water.

Can someone please tell me how you got over the sugar cravings/carb addiction to stay on the Carnivore woe? I am so addicted and my anxiety is crazy when I don't eat sugar. I crave it so bad. I can only make it like 2 days and I'm back to eating sugar. Please, can someone who struggled to make it even a week please reach out? My life depends on getting over this addiction. Please someone!
