    I would really want to know what the seminarians do on a regular day. Do they go to daily mass, pray together the liturgy of the hours, rosary with the professor priests, manual labor, recreation, etc? Thank you.

Also I know many Roman Catholics who receive communion on the tongue, and I know of millions more (via video footage and videos) who don’t receive in the hand. What evidence do you have for this claim? There’s even footage of our current pontiff serving communion to people on the tongue as pontiff. I bet you in your own diocese you’ll find people (young, middle aged, and old, who attend the Novus Ordo or the TLM) who receive the Body of our Lord on the tongue. No Cassocks? No morning or evening prayers, no chanting & receiving on the hands! These young men are being deprived of what the true priesthood is! Please let them know about St Thomas Aquinas Seminary!

    • @Jake27Jeff7
      @Jake27Jeff7 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      MP and EP are said in common. No cassocks does suck. Chanting takes place during the Holy Sacrifice. In private discussion, seminarians encourage others to receive on the tongue (it should be discussed publicly though); very few receive on the hand.

    • @michaelcaza6766
      @michaelcaza6766 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Strange how you judge based solely on videos, and not actually know this to be complete truth. Just because the videos you’ve seen don’t mention the Holy Sacrifice, doesn’t mean they don’t speak of it, believe it, cherish it, or honour it. Those of us who are orthodox have major issues with pope Pachamama, but know the orthodoxy of the Second Vatican Council. I’ve been to many Novus Ordo Masses that were so reverent (some even prayed Ad Orientem in a seminary), that you’d have a hard time taking issue with them. I have two friends in seminary, one Roman Catholic, and one Ukrainian Catholic, I’ve I was at Divine Liturgy at my parish The Sunday before the Nativity of Christ (4th Sunday of advent for you, 6th Sunday of the Nativity fast for us), he was speaking about the sacrifice quite passionately during his talk after Liturgy. I was at a Mass for Corpus Christi at the church where my friend was the transitional Deacon, he was preaching that Sunday (the Mass was Ad Orientem, and Novus Ordo with communion on the tongue kneeling at the Altar), he was also quite passionate about the Holy Sacrifice. I’d watch myself if I were you, your pharisaical attitude is something Jesus detests.
