PERKS/SALARY and BENIFITS have been revised a lot after 17th Pay revision... all benifits have been increased by aprox. 57%... making the gross salry as 2.30 lakhs per month..
BIG CORRECTION apart from increased salary is you need to give all three papers in phase 2 , it is not optional and you cannot select only one subject.
@@oorjaamishra69 Yes, you can apply too. Bachelors degree is the minimal requirement for applying in the General Recruitment. But it's generally not recommended to do so as the chances of freshers being recruited are much lesser than expected. 1-2 yrs of work experience can be of great help before applying. Although just to experience the pressure of the examination, you can apply in the final year as well. Good luck!

If you have Masters with 55% and more you are eligible irrespective of your grad %age...do not trust anyone blindly..jst go through the official notification for more clarity.

Although the syllabus is vast and this is not practical, given that you do not have any past preparation history, but give it a try there is nothing to loose.

In the video you have told that the duration of phase 1 exam is 2 hours but according to allocation of time for different sections it's 4 hours long. How?
This is the right time. As a third-year college student, you can start by dedicating a few hours each week to study relevant topics. As you get closer to graduation, you can allocate more time for focused preparation.

No, chartered accountancy is not equivalent to a graduation degree, it is a professional qualification. To be eligible for RBI you'd have to have a graduation degree with minimum 60% On a side note, why did you not opt for a bcom degree as a CA, since that is popular and practical choice? Did you not think of any future prospects after CA? I think ICAI does provide some provisions that can get Qualified CAs post graduation degrees from recognized institutions, but that requires you to have done some sort of registration way before. Btw, charted Accountancy and Economics are two completely different fields, that means that your prestigious CA degree will be of almost no use if you get qualified as an RBI officer. I'm also giving my CA foundation this nov because my father wants me to, hopefully I get to go to a decent college next year and prepare for RBI

No, chartered accountancy is not equivalent to a graduation degree, it is a professional qualification. To be eligible for RBI you'd have to have a graduation degree with minimum 60%
On a side note, why did you not opt for a bcom degree as a CA, since that is popular and practical choice? Did you not think of any future prospects after CA?
I think ICAI does provide some provisions that can get Qualified CAs post graduation degrees from recognized institutions, but that requires you to have done some sort of registration way before.
Btw, charted Accountancy and Economics are two completely different fields, that means that your prestigious CA degree will be of almost no use if you get qualified as an RBI officer.
I'm also giving my CA foundation this nov because my father wants me to, hopefully I get to go to a decent college next year and prepare for RBI

I had a cgpa of 6.58% According to my university it is equivalent to 60% I'm i eligible to take the exam coz I've seen min cgpa required as 6.75 in many websites plz reply to this so I can continue my preparation.
6.75 only in case if there is no conversion criteria mentioned by your college else your extant college criteria is accepted as it is.
