The counselling team is busy on another call when it is unable to pick between 9-6. They call back or leave a whatsapp if they can't answer your call.

an increment of 2850 yearly
an increase in DA 6% to 8%
an revision in pay scale after every 5 years ( for proof check 2006,2011,2016,2021 salary data) increase is around 1.57 times of previous basic
Revision in your perks and allowances example - children eduction allowance increase from 8500pm per child to 13500pm per child.
