As a flight attendant. I would have put that lady in her place.
We don’t deserve negative entitlement. I would have kindly asked her to watch how she speaks to me. The outage is not our fault. Taking it out on crew, is childish and unnecessary.
I refuse to be a punching bag for stuff out of my control.

Do not due your company any favors
You will learn to pack as if you have a 3 or 4 day even if it’s a turn and do not pick up extra trips with increased pay as they will turn you into a RSV
I think we should all just do what we want individually 🙂

I was scheduled to go home and had to go in to cancel my flight home to Atlanta:(. I rescheduled myself to go home next Tuesday so we will see. Best of luck to you Charli and hopefully you made it home.

Hello, I work above wing and I come in at 13:30 and did not know what was going on at all. I be sleep then get up and get ready for work 🤷🏿♀️. I stood on my feet for so long for days. They had to figure out how we all could get breaks in and asked if we wanted extra hours. It was a mad house and my station was dropping our flights for days and I just rebook and told people we can not control what’s going on, but I can say we always have the most sweetest pax fly out on us.🔺 (ending in a positive note): I give everybody in the aviation career field a major hand clap bc we all pulled through X amount of days.👏🏿👏🏿

Whew!! I went through this during our meltdown in Christmas 2022. 😩 I got called for a, "turn", and brought my rollerboard and food bag, because that turn turned into a two day. 😂 Kudos to your pilot! 👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾

Do you get paid if it your on a layover since it’s not your fault?
I’m not sure I completely understand your question but I will say that I get paid for every layover I’m on. I pretty much get paid anytime. I’m not at my base.
What does go il*egal mean?
Flight attendants have a certain amount of hours (or days in a row) that we are allowed to work determined by the FAA. I went over that amount because my duty day was too long.
What was your original 3 day?
Thinking back on it it was a 2 day with a 20 hour layover in San Francisco!

@acgvlogs5764 I made twice the money for half the work and I’ve been to SF plenty of time so it’s all good.
