We've got similar stories Pete. I also had cancer called acute lymphoblastic leukemia. I never started weightlifting before treatment but i am now and it's one of the many reasons my life is better. That and being cancer free of course. I just benched 135lbs, 10lbs above my body weight and I couldn't be even more happier. My long term goal is to enlist in the Air Force. I hope we both can achieve all of our goals!

So when someone proves that he's not natty he is until evidence appears that says no.

Phil Harvey well back then they didn't train as efficiently for legs or anything. It's also height dependant so a short guy could probably get over 28 if he had amazing genetics.
I don't think ffmi is really useful at all. It's not accurate so I'd prefer to just look at things like their shoulders and traps to see if they're natural

I remember when I first saw this, I don't think I was amazed enough at that time. Your motivation is untouchable, and yet you still have untapped potential. Your a great man and you are the main TH-camr who make me the person I am today. I remember in like seventh grade watching your trap workout where you went up to ten reps and then all the way back to one. You're the reason I have passion to this day, six years later.

thats shit skinny kids say who have been going to the gym for 3 months and think they know lifting because they've seen some tutorials on youtube. It's a one rep max: OFCOURSE it's not going to be pretty and yes therefore there may be a chance of injury, but thats what every lifter knows before attempting it.

Slight roundish on the upper back is fine and it's only when your lower back rounds that you should be worried about.
