Has anyone tried Teng Yang's $20-$50 energy assistance? Does he work for a government agency, a non-profit or by himself using grant money or his own money? I know there's an energy assistance program but the funds are from the government to government agencies so I'm curious where Teng gets his money to help people pay their energy bills. The government can also give out grants so is he using people to get grants and using the grant money to help people pay their bills and take a cut... cuz I doubt he would work for free? In the past, there has been a few scams of Hmong people pretending to help Hmong people but once they got people's personal information, they use it to apply for credit cards, borrow money, and even scam the government. Teng Yang's ad needs to mention more, like the name of his organization, otherwise I wouldn't trust him with my personal info.

Yes there are a chance of getting tattoo infection. The infection should occur a day or few days after being tattooed. It will be rare for a tattoo infection to occur many years down the line after they been tattooed
