Hello, I have recently purchased a holiauma embroidery single head machine and already I am having problems with my frame. Whenever I select a default frame, the machine automatically check its size by moving the frame up and down both in x- axis and y-axis. So when the machine moves, it hits the machine head and gives a loud noise as it hits the head. I think my frame center is not set properly. Please help me. I will be very grateful to you.
Hey I am so sorry for the late reply. Have you been able to fix this issue? I also had some problems with the frames at the beginning and the service department gave me different numbers to set them up. I can record a video with my current settings if that would be helpful.

There is a site by the name of Alibaba that is selling the 15 needles for under $3000 US. Could you please advise me on this as the machine I am considering is more than double this cost? As well, what was the largest hoop size that you received with your machine, and did you also get the hoop that does ball caps? Thank you in advance.

I own 2. Support is absolutely the worst. Anything else is better. They work great and produce good results until they go down and you have to WhatsApp for support.
First of all congrats... Secondly Holiuma is not a manufacturer. These are bunch of crazy group of ladies. Trap you with silly offers. Thirdly they sent machine with their shipping agent not yours. And you ended up paying lot more than it should be. The company Holiuma also had their share in shipping as well. Hope you will have nice time with this machine. As these ladies offer no after purchase support. And whenever you need a spare part they will charge you crazy price....
