If you are talking about other states within India then of course I would move and I would also take my parents along with me as there would be no question of getting their visas approved by authorities who would first have to decide wether the situation is a "Härtefall"(extraordinary circumstance) or not.
Summary: Start a business, Hire an immigration lawyer and bring your parents. Very very tough to execute this plan. I work in Germany right now. Everything is awesome (job, work life balance, lifestyle etc). But I can't bring my parents here as easily as I could do it in Canada. I come under the category of highly skilled worker but still no chance. And that is why I am planning to move to Canada now.

Yes. It is always good to do Masters. Your previous experience will be considered if you continue in same domain. You can earn decent amount after completing masters. Salary can very from 45K to 80K based on location, experience, company etc. (Do not forget to deduct 40% taxes from salary to calculate net amount)
