This reminds me of how I use heelies, it’s hard to explain but using one leg I step down on the toe while the other leg is all heel (wheel) then I lift the foot and step back down on the wheel switching the other foot to steping on the toe to increase momentum. I know I didn’t explain that well, but essentially I use heelies like regular skates where every stride increases momentum. It was effectively like having four legs, but two of them only held momentum instead of increasing it.

i think this is undermining the value of gravity in a sprinters speed. partly, when you fall you can generate more friction with the ground. and thus if strong enough can use that point of contact to speed up along with the interatia gained from gravity.

I decided to teach my self to run on four legs for fun and can now run fast and jump really high like that. It's pretty good exercise

i think this is undermining the value of gravity in a sprinters speed. partly, when you fall you can generate more friction with the ground. and thus if strong enough can use that point of contact to speed up along with the interatia gained from gravity.
