The title of this video should be “ how to price your services” cause I’m not even a hair stylist it’s (I’m a tattoo artist) and I got a ton of gems from this video!
I'm in a small town where so many don't get regular hair services. People have to drive 1 hour to a bigger town and cheaper prices. I've done hair for 30 yrs and don't want to work for peanuts. I won't match their prices cuz it'll cost them $20 in gas. I am also fast and that seems to be an issue too. Thank you for your assistance
these are excellent, seasoned pieces of advice. if it doesn’t apply to you, move along. pricing is arbitrarily set by the market & producers. we’re dealing with supply and demand here

So cool thank you! ❤️
Thanks for this video. People forget that we are artists and everything is out of pocket if you are a booth renter or owner.
Great breakdown!! I took some great notes!
Great tips! Always wondering when to raise my prices
Hey Lauren, could you give an example of what you mean when you say “customized results” please? Thank you🙂

Don’t match their prices! Sound like you know your strengths! Market those and charge for it ❤️
I don’t think 100 per hour is a lot of money .
No justification for the prices half these hairdressers charge! Prices are excessive
Why are you doing videos and not clients?
I no longer take clients to be home with my babies. I do this to give back and help others.
What load of jargon your talking. Funding your luxurious lifestyle most likely!
