I’ve taken a couple classes that at first I was shocked about the price but realized I needed it. Not sure I got everything out of it I wanted. I like the advice about multiple mannequin heads. Thank you💕 I'm in a salon where the owner has an issue with taking more than 2-3 hours and I dont feel comfortable doing certain services because I know the delivery won't be where I know it can be. They dont think it's possible to attract clients willing to pay. But I know your exactly right and I'm taking the necessary steps to be able to control my time and deliverance 💖
Oh yeah so my salon gave me “the timing talk” when I was actively bringing in new clients who wanted what I was doing. I left and charged more... lol timing no longer mattered 😘

Question: my salon only offers 2 hrs and 15 mins for a color slot. A lot of our guests book online. What would you say to someone when you already know you don’t have enough time to give them what they are asking? We double book and don’t always have time. Would you ask them to reschedule and make more time? That would make me uncomfortable to ask

Be detail oriented!!! And make sure your clients know it! There is so much emphasis on speed. Results are the most important. 👍🏻
