First off, love the channel man! I’m a big fan. Second, I have this same problem because my system is split between five 6ux208hp cases. I started buying the Tiptop Mantis cases because my first few cases were soooo expensive. I guess I’m just chiming in, because my issue can be fixed with two Doepfer Monster cases. Thanks for all the great content and keep bringing us these kind of awesome videos! 👍 oh one more thing, something I’ve found super useful is putting 1hp blank panels between the modules that need it. It’s no secret, but it really helps with jacks vs knobs space! I’ll even use a 2hp panel if it’s a really cramped area.

I love the Doepfer low coast cases. Really cheap and reliable. I just paint then with Plastidip and they look super elegant. The whole procedure takes 15 minutes and than just few hours to dry,

Recently realized to always account for laziness within a setup because it will arrive eventually if not already

3 years later - thanks a lot, man, after watching 100s of videos before starting my own system this has been the most pragmatic one I've seen.

Module placement is very important, especially in a large system. My modules are split between a large 18U case and two portable 6U cases. The important sequencing modules are in the portable cases so I can use them apart from the main case, but placed on the side closest to the large case for shared use. Also saves a ton of trouble to place percussion modules directly above/below your main trigger sequencer. Simple things like that make a big difference.

Wow - there are some great concepts here people, that I have not thought about. Something tells me that I will do another video on this subject as I also think it is not discussed enough,
