Thanks for the video and comparison. The new bars look really well designed. I just wish they had an option for lower stack height for the pads.

Hi Chad, the stack isn't really that high. Are you having trouble getting low?

@@custombikefit466 kinda, because I want to have a short aero bar setup for my gravel bike. It has a tall-ish bar/stem setup for off-road use and comfort. Ideally, I'd like the arm pads based right at the top of my main bar, to keep from being taller than necessary. I have a very bodged setup with the extension clamps and arm pads mounted upside-down, to keep everything low. It means I have a low and up angled extension, which isn't really a problem. But the arm pads are more tricky to get dialed in. Admittedly, I have an odd requirement that is probably not very common. Otherwise, I think this new bar is a great solution for most uses.

Thank you for your video Michael! I'm looking to buy the profile design aerobars to reduce palm palsy.. Do you have any suggestion on how to choose among those angles of extensions? 43a, 4525a, 50a etc.. I'm training for ultra distance endurance ride, 250KM+/day. So I'm more concerned about comfort than speed. Thanks!

My personal favourite is the 4525a. It's what I use myself and the most popular with my clients

Great Review , would you be able to provide the total width. I plan on using it on my Hybrid Bike with Flat Bars which are 660mm wide. I am hoping they could work with my Sirrus X 5.0 hybrid bike , Thanks for your help 🤘🏼👍🏼

Thanks Mike. Are you referring to the width of the 45ar extensions?

@@custombikefit466 I placed them on my bike and worked out great ! I can’t believe how great it feels to be tucked in and pick up speed and less resistance on the pedals, my lats opened up and I can feel my core working on every pedal stroke. Truly a genius idea for my flat bar Hybrid. 👍🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

Hello Michael, what is the distance between clamp? I'm using moon mx light which is mounted beside the stem. I am worry that i cant use this aerobars

I'm afraid you won't be able to fit these aerobars if your light is mounted next to the stem
