Any favorite characters an individual can book with to get started. I like meeting new people so I'm pretty much game for whatever.
A group of us fished off this charter boat in August this year (2018) without the decorations and we hooked a 9'2" Blue Marlin. Had it prepared at a restaurant in Cabo for the wedding party. They cooked it 5 different ways and it was fantastic. Mounting it was not a consideration because as you may know, it's just a casting when they do it. Excellent vessel and crew. If you go use them!

Flora you are 100% correct. Joe is not a marlin fisherman as you can tell from his lack of understanding. That was a young marlin and it should have been released. A marlin takes years to grow. They are not an over abundance like commercial fish. I was born in a family that has promoted marlin fishing. I have fished my whole life and my grandfather started tropic star in panama. Please practice “smart” fishing and allow these very special fish to grow into special “record” fish.
I went down there and went fishing with that same charter. The photog they provided was the same on my boat. They were awesome! Julio was our captain and wilson the captains mate. They were so much fun!
