There were roads, but they are pretty much grown over now. I was just there in January '18, the high altitude filming just doersn't show the roads that well.
@@ruthiemay4799 You're a little late to the discussion. And have an issue with reading comprehension. I SAID there were ROADS...which there are. I said nothing about streets. Streets would be paved and have names. Roads allow access to the individual building sites.
I was just there about a month ago. A couple of the houses in this video have now fallen over, and others look like they are about to follow suit. It is on the road from Branson to West Branson on your left as you head out.
Should do more history find out why was stopped maybe all ledge couldn't get water supplies to houses.Would be interesting to find out why was stopped !
He did most with a drone. There is no security. However the access road (or what is left of it) is blocked buy a gate. You can walk down, but doing so is trespassing.

Just a question, are you trespassing? You pointed out you were surprised no one had taken all the cabinets and stuff, don’t you think they will now? Slow your camera down, watching makes people dizzy.
Unfinished housing projects are not all that uncommon. Some company will buy the place lock, stock, and barrel and then finish the project while finding a way to write the whole thing off their taxes. Ain't nothin' new, just a different place.
You can park up above and walk down what is left of the road. BUT....it is marked as a No Trespassing area, so do so at your own risk, safety-wise as well as potential legality issues. I drove up to the barriers and looked, but did not go down in.
Neon...they are on the road heading out toward West Branson, on your left. You'll see them before you see the road, and there should be plenty of time to see the turn-in. I would caution you to not go down in there though...cops will frown on it, and the buildings are not all that solid anymore. One has caved in since this video was shot. I was just there in February of this year. Bring a camera though...with a good lens.
First time I've seen a housing development under construction without putting in streets first. Looks geologically and constructurally unsound. Probably a major blessing this was abandoned before many people were hurt.
i gotta say who ever ruined those houses were stupid. they could have taken up residence and purchased any of them for fractions of pennies on the dollar

One of the sales pitch was it was supposed to have the largest Native American Museum.
Bad investimates caused the guy to go bankrupt and hes in jail..So thats why it was never finished at all
