Cde. Brendan Luyanda,Ex-Caprivi political prisoner

At a joint press conference hosted by Caprivi Concerned Group and UDP former political prisoners. This was in Katima Mulilo, Caprivi Strip, on 13 December 2015!
Comrade Luyanda spent 16 years in prisoner since 1999, was only acquitted on the 14th of September 2015! He is a member of the United Democratic Party which is advocating for the independence of Caprivi Strip.
