The 1 year war the Donbass War begun. The DPR and the LPR were rebellion groups supported by Russia. When the war ended it kinda just stayed in the way until 2022 when Putin held the military operation on Ukraine. The conflict is still doing so. And its called the Russo-Ukrainian war.(2014-ongoing) thank you
