- Join us for a free performance of Alan’s legendary Disney works, including “Under the Sea,” “A Whole New World,” and “Be Our Guest,” as well as classics from other films and Broadway plays. During the performance, Alan will be joined by special guest and friend Lin-Manuel Miranda.
This virtual event benefits The Walt Disney Family Museum’s At-Promise Youth Animation Academy initiative-an educational program providing state-of-the-art animation training for young people experiencing economic and social displacement. - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน

Alan is the creator of so much happiness and joy... thanks a lot for his talent. I'm 36 yrs old, grew up with this music.
This was the most amazing event. It is easy to forget what a genius Alan Menken is because his body of work is so prolific and current. His music marks many of the most important events of my life; graduation, weddings, birth/rebirth/death, this man is a genius. I have cried many a tear listening to his music. He knows more than anyone in the world how to pull a heart string.

What an incredible legend. Watching Alan Menken play his hits just makes me a little sad because I wish other masters of their craft would all survive to old age to be able to showcase their art like Alan is still doing. Think of a man like Kobe Bryant passing away so early, never getting to enjoy decades of love of appreciation. Alan is a gift, and we're blessed that he's still here with us going strong.
