I think there is an alfredo sauce in italy but its completly diffrent. Just parmegano regiano or even more traditional pecorino romano and pasta includig pasta water. Im not sure but I think that it has only been eaten by people who had digesting problems or sth :/
I'm not Italian but I do know that "Alfredo" in Italy is simply know as Pasta Al Burro e Parmigiano, It was made by Alfredo Di Lelio in the mid 20th century in Rome. He invented it for his wife who had diarrhea and at the time was pregnant.

i guess this is a skill u get being a mom, anything is easy and not as stressful
easy italian dish:
cook pasta in hot salted water
take homemade or storebought premade tomato sauce and warm it on a pan
put on plate and eat
