Well the stock will definitely be safe to use if worse comes to worse! I don't know where that song came from 😂 Yeah I haven't seen it offered on the U.K. market yet..
I ended up finding it on the "Spanish" version of Newegg so hopefully it won't cost an arm and a leg for shipping. :)

I went with the Cryorig H7. In part this was due to clearance issues in my case, (Fractal Design 804). Aside from the clearance issues I found price to performance is exceptional on this item. Not to mention that aesthetically it is very appealing. The black brushed aluminium top plate goes really well with my black, silver & white build. I have my 1600 oc'd to 3.9 ghz and it has remained very cool. I do think that the case and case fans, (Corsair ML 120's) do help with cooling overall however.
Ares Araya I have all ML fans and thinking of getting cryorig h7 (or h7 quad lumi). Would you say h7 is quieter than stock heatsink?
What cpu voltage did you use for that 3.9ghz overclock?
Did you also get am4 bracket?
I just ordered the FSP windale 6 because aesthetics and the great performance after seeing the windale 4. Can't wait. Also great review

i use AM3+ Wraith cooler from FX 8000 series on my R5 1600, and its a beast compare to todays wraiths cooler. 120w tdp monster. Easy installation also. Just clip it to the am4 socket, no need unscrew the black thingy.

Well, I've just bought an A320 motherboard with Ryzen 5 3600, and the Wraith Stealth is crap. Running Cinebench 20 made the CPU go up to over 80 degrees. And that's not overclocked by even a smidgeon
Should've included the notctua nh-d15 am4 literally the best cooler ever for my 1600x never goes above 45 Degrees Celsius on 100% load @3.8GHz
FireMage yes it definitely is good but it looks ugly af with the brown an tan color

I've heard the masterliquid 120 is pretty low quality,and it usually leaks fluids from the pump...has that ever happened to somebody?
I've been running the MasterLiquid 120 for nearly two weeks for my FX-8320 @ 4.4GHz, and have had no issues so far. I almost cried with happiness at how stress free the installation and management inside of my case was/is--ditched a Hyper 212 Evo for the MasterLiquid 120. Although I have a few PC upgrades on their way to me;

is it bad that i couldn't hear the audio of any of the coolers over my cpu fanspin?
Which one would you recommend I stream long 8 hours was going the paste fan route have a b450ma motherboard I have the Ryzen 3 fan but not comfortable with it can always go cooler lastly can't go too big because of the ram sticks?

I've a new PC with a 1700 with the stock cooler and wish to OC. Curently the thinkg gets too hot for more than a little OC.
A bit late. But it depends on the case, and whether it has access to the backplate or not. Some cases have a large enough cut out that you can just pop off a side panel, some don't.
So is the cooler-master lit with it's single fan not worth it? it's 50 dollars but is usually on sell for around 40$
I would say it's worth it! Yeah it goes on sale a lot on Amazon and Newegg
Late to the party here, but yes, the ML 120 Lite is a good match for Ryzen R5 series. I have one on my R5-1600X and it works flawlessly. I got one for 30$ on Amazon last fall! I was going for the Hyper 212 Evo, but liquid cooling at 30$? Figured it was time to give it a go.
Any aftermarket cooler that will fit the same socket as the AMD wriath spire etc so I don't need to replace the back plate on the motherboard?

DClover yes but I still don't get it. I'm being told this support that support. AMD is amazing at keeping such mounting and I have a motherboard arriving for am4. I find it ludicrous for shittping that costs roughly 8 dollars for a package the size of my hand.
You'll have to request an AM4 kit through Cooler Master support

its a little different. I gave the am3 socket stuff a try on my AM4 since I had a 212evo as well. It was slightly off and didn't fit solidly so I just got the kit (2.99 at microcenter)

Why did you choose the least powerful ryzen CPU for the cooler test? It makes no sense. There's barely any difference between the coolers because 1400 is not hot at all. These results are bad because you'd get much bigger temp differences with a 8700k overclocked.
Who tests coolers with the coldest CPU ever? Dude..
You might as well try to cool your table and you'll get similar results (almost no temp difference between coolers). But that's wrong! That's not the real picture. With a hotter CPU a liquid cooler will have a much bigger advantage. Your test doesn't show the real picture because you chose the worst CPU to test coolers with.
