Does Dr Perlmutter still recommends almonds and other high omega 6 fats?
I’d be concerned about the high levels of oxalates in almonds
@@suedynamic I was just looking into that oxalates. People don’t think turmeric isn’t bad but it’s oxalates is high 🤷🏾♂️
@@koshinwarsame8430 correct! I think it’s worth being aware of, our diet has changed so much, not only junk food but far more access to carbs, grains etc more than we have evolved for, which means we are also eating far more oxalates.
