- We're back with another video, and it's the first on the new hit Backrooms on Roblox, Apeirophobia. It is, in my opinion, the best Backrooms game on Roblox right now, with the level and sound design taking it above many of the other experiences.
In this video, I will run through all 11 levels available to play, following 'The End' update. I will explain the level's aesthetics, it's inspiration and how to beat each level. Stick around, because this will be a long one. #apeirophobia #backrooms #sajambi

The first time I played this game, the teleport glitched and sent me to a weird test room where there were no walls and every interactable object was just floating and the only way to leave was to jump into a hole in the ground and lose a life. I think there may have been an entity in there (or at least a model of one) cuz I kept hearing screeches

One time in aperiophobia after completing level 7 I spawned into the rooftop of level 8 just the corridorr rooftop and there was water to leave i have to iumo to the void and die

When the skin stealer kills you, it’s eyes will still glow white, you couldn’t see it because there was a hat blocking them. This happens with a lot of my friends, so when they foolishly run into a skin stealer I can tell who’s who.
It's a skinwalker btw, the Skin Stealer is the one in level 8 (Lights Out)
You can tell the difference by the way it moves and occasionally freezes. It moves computer like, like an npc(because it is one). If it stops moving once you look at it then that’s not your friend.
Dude just look at it but DONT GET KILLED if you do you can't scare it away

Well, on lower difficulties, yes. But if you're playing hard or nightmare it's a death sentence. But even if it spots you hiding, don't worry, since it doesn't remove lives when you're in a locker for some reason? Even if you reset in one
@@miskoblox don’t reset in a locker it breaks the game because your character is anchored there
I was playing on nightmare and it saw me and started chasing me. I hid in a locker but it still killed me. But instead of running out of lives because I only had one, I was given another life. The same worked on the last level as well. If you are being chased try to get into a locker.
Correction: In apeirophobia level 9 is basically Level 37's Danger Zone because in the fandom it has entities but in this game it does not.
Level 37 basically has 2 sections.
Also: There are no right or wrong doors in Level 10, there are fake keys which are coloured. The correct key is silver and you can go to any door which it'll be unlocked only if you have the silver key. The fake ones (coloured) can "unlock" the doors but won't open.

I’m pretty sure it is doors being wrong or right, because I used a silver key on a door and it didn’t work but when I got a green key it unlocked it??

I'm pretty sure there is either always only one right door OR the last door is always the exit.
At least i opened every other door with the lock falling on the floor, but instead of saying it's locked it just says it won't budge. I personally think that it's probably always only one of them is right
If anyone is searching for the "Lost Soul" Badge, it is attainable in level 0, The Lobby. Its location is seen at 1:57, in the gap in the wall where the light is illuminating from. Be cautious still, as the chaser is still able to run that gap and get to you.

Correcting some stuff:
In level 0, the phantom smiler also counts as an entity so there are 3 entities, this also counts with level 1 and level 10,
“The chaser” is called The Bacteria or The Howler, the siren is called The Siren, the starfish is called Starfish (some people call him Patrick), the entity in level 3 is called The Hound, level 4 is called the sewers because before the End? Update. It was exact of the level you talked about in the wiki, and there was a threat as the water rose up, the skin stealer in level 5 is actually called Skin Walker (weird)
In level 6, the entity is called a Titan Smiler, and in level 6 when you first turn go left instead of right to duke it, an example of the level 7 code can be:
Let’s just say there is 1 red orb, 1 grey orb, 2 yellow orbs, 1 blue orb and 1 orange orb, you order the colours from 1 to 7 and turn them into the priority number red= 1, blue = 3 etc, then you get the number of that colour before the priority number and you’d get a code like this: 1113142517 (sorry if my explanation was terrible)
Level 8’s entity is named Skin Stealer (even though it doesn’t steal people's skins… don’t ask), and in level 10, there are 2 Titan Smilers (no matter how many people there are on the server) and 1 Phantom Smiler, and also in level 10 the ai is broken and will camp people in lockers (in multiplayer they might move)
And in level 11 (the one that will come in the update) it’s a warehouse and might contain The Hound again, after beating level 10 there is a glitch that the cutscene won’t play and you will be able to roam around as much as you would like, unfortunately, there’s no entities and the level isn’t fully completed yet
in the Apeirophobia/Monochrome Studios discord server (discord.gg/MQhKrMWSKx), they have leaked models of the partygoer, a possible partygoer trophy?, a bit of level 11, and 2 screenshots of level fun

The Starfish, The Siren and The Skin Walker are not canon, The Howler is also not canon but is considered “Fanon” around the backrooms community due to Kane Pixel’s ‘Backrooms (FOUND FOOTAGE)’, the 2 variants of smilers are only canon in Apeirophobia, yes smilers exist in the original backrooms lore, but no one knows the original body as they lurk in the darkness, the creator apparently said they have a dragon-like body.
in the backrooms lore, the skin stealer does steal skin, but it does not in apeirophobia, the main reason is probably because the Roblox clothes/skin etc, will not be able to fit around the rig/model of the monster, that’s why the Skin Walker (the grey rig with glowing eyes) is replaced in level 5, (they chose it because it uses the Roblox Boy rig/model so you can fit a Roblox avatar on it,
the skin walker is based of Native America cryptids that kill and steal the skin of animals or people, the entity was probably named after that (credit to @Sky)

The skin stealer does steal people's skin.. they most likely didn't add it because you know, that's kind of gruesome for a game like roblox, and you know roblox mods dont like that

Wrong, the dog-like entity in the office level is an actual entity in the backrooms. The name of it is a "hound".

Me and my friend played the game together and honestly, I have no idea how we didn’t die on lvl 5. We just ran through the cave flashing out our lights everywhere because we thought it would maybe stun the entity. We were wrong, but we didn’t know because somehow we got to the exit before it could get us.
I was just playing, and I was playing with another person, and the enity got stuck on my head, so all I had to do was wait for my team mate to get to the exit.
I've never seen the skin walker, I think it's probably getting stuck somewhere during most of my attempts
same here, we never really encountered it on our blind run as I even thought that there was no entity in that level (I really had no idea back then until researching about it lmao)
Pro tip for lv 5 is stick to the right wall if you do this you will escape quite fast
I always try this and it never works so i have a horrible sense of navigation

Fun fact: The huge gap in level 2 is a reference to an old version of a backrooms level (I believe the old version of level 1). I can’t find it no matter how hard I search but I remember the description. Similar to current level 1, looks like a warehouse made of concrete. Many supply crates can be found. If you look up, you see something called “The Cogwell Matrix” which mimics a night sky. There are sometimes huge gaps which seem to stretch on forever in width and height, but not in length, similar to the gap at the end of this level. If anyone can help me find this level, then thanks in advance.
I remember it being like level 2 or 3 I think and it was multiple infinite concrete halls with multiple duplicates next to it so if you went through a door you were just in a similar hallway
It would be so cool if upon completing the level, you have an entity and danger level index thing
In level 5 you can follow the floodlights to find the exit. I have used this technique multiple times and if lucky while using the tip you will never even spot the skin stealer.

some tips for the office and the cave
FOr the office i've found that it doesnt really get attracted to sound unless hes looking at you, and most of the times gets stuck when we open the gate. Using speedrun tactics just keep running and jumping until you get to the office on the right, then its stealth
As long as the creature isnt at the gate, open it and you can end up mainly just running around and open all the buttons.
For the cave, just follow the lights infront of you and you shouldnt really run into the entity
Edit: for The End, for the book with codes its usually one of the codes on the top X axis or the far left Y axis
To note: Level 4 used to be like the sewers from the wiki but I guess they changed it. I played there during the earlier versions of the game. also the water raised during the level and I also think it was entity-less

Idk if you found out alr but it got changed because people complained about it being too hard
@@Cat62770 Lots of people were complaining that it was too difficult. I don’t blame them, there were no hints (or ones that I could figure out at least) as to where the exit was. I’m glad it got changed, personally.

I was scared while watching this, but the most scary thing that happened while I was watching was my earbud suddenly saying loudly into my ear, " PLEASE CHARGE". Like damn , the thing was so fricking sudden and loud

I remember when i played apeirophobia with friends in vc when the game only had 5 levels, man the game has evolved so much
Tip: In level 3 (crispy dog as I like to call him-) The entity cannot enter the rooms since the new update. So it's completely safe to stand and make nosie in the rooms as long as there's Atleast one door covering the room. However, when you open the gate that will then be determined by how far opened the door is.

The sewers were originally just as you described but they changed it so you don’t have to outrun rising water so it possibly could be a different level from the sewers? Anyways great video!

I finished playing this game with my friend and man it was funnn I'm excited for the new levels
I actually saw a youtube video explaining some updates or quote rewritings to some levels on the backrooms and one of them is the level 0 having no more monsters, meaning the past games such as theis are kinda outlined from the original one but it still is inspired by the first one before so it is still considered aligned for me
Just wanted to describe the entity on Level 0.
The entity that alerts and chases you is named " Bacteria ".
This entity is completely blind and Moves by sound.

@@kindasuspfppic5888 Nope not really. Bacteria usually moves by sound and has no sight. That’s why whenever you crouch and there is a bacteria there it chase after you because you are making no sound.

little tip for finding the exit on lvl 4:
just follow the left wall
There is actually a good bug with those lockers.
When creature is chasing you(skin stealer as example) and you will hide in the locker, creature will kill you, but your life will not dissapear.
That helped me in the level 10 solo hardcore run when those titan smilers were camping near my locker. I just made them chase me and kill me in the locker and I was able to respawn.
And also... Dont you ever use lockers in level 10, you don't need them totally.
If someone asked me which area was the hardest and which was the easiest Id say The third area with the blind creature cause you can just crouch walk everywhere and your basically untouchable the only reason I ever died is cause I got a bit too over confident a few times. The cave area on the other hand was pretty frustrating mainly cause SCREW THAT LEVELS LAYOUT!
Yeah the entity on cave level does nothing so that’s basically the only reason why the level is hard, also it’s dark i guess

The funny thing is that there aren’t entities on the canon Level 0. In fact, in the Canon Level 0 there isn’t anything but you (Well technically it’s just that you can’t see or interact with anyone else, but still)
The “canon” Poolrooms (by that specific name) is actually a Fan-Made level which is basically Level 1 but water and pool.
Everything is a fanmade level bruh
out of all the backrooms games I've played, (Roblox or not) Apeirophobia is the best. Its so good. I beat it on every mode including nightmare, thats how much I loved the game, i kept coming back

The runner up for the best Backrooms game to exist is Backrooms All Seeing on rec room I highly recommend you check it out, it's quite a masterpiece of a backrooms game from the character design for the entities to the level layouts and designs itself. I highly recommend Backrooms All Seeing if you are a person looking for another Backrooms game to enjoy after beating Apeirophobia.

Actually The 2 entities that are found on level 0 is the howler (the one that chases you) and the siren (that makes a really loud and deafening sound to alert the howler and it is possible for the siren to actually kill you) Also the entity on level 5 isn’t a skinstealer it’s actually called a skinwalker but the entity on level 8 is a skinstealer. And the entity on level 6 and 10 is literally called a titan smiler
I think it's said that the siren Kills You by absolutely destroying your ear drums
i think the sewers and pool rooms are switched in here. also lvl 9 is a part of the pool rooms i think
for the cave system, stay only to the left of the level, dont follow the path, stay to the left of the level while moving forward and eventually youll find the portal
the left goes to the simulation core, the right goes to the exit

level 10: The Abyss is bugged since if you enter a locker they just circle around you forever

@@chronos1726 yeh that can happen, but it not always that would happen
i'm not actually sure it's a bug. although this is correct. the monster(s) in level 10 follow you loosely, so when you stay in one position (i.e. the locker) for a long time, it follows you to that position. just don't get in the lockers on level 10 unless you're acting as a decoy for your teammates to get keys
Level 10 tip: this worked for me but if you hear footsteps in a certain direction (strongly advised wear a headset or earbuds with surround sound) head the opposite way wherever you heard them from.
Level 10 tip: go trough the edges

9:50 pro tip, when u spawn just look right to first this light statue and run all time holding right wall, this is safe in 100% to speedrun that level

the entity on the poolrooms is called a clumps or it resembles one and the entity on level 3 is a hound the entity on level 8 is a upgraded skinstealer mixed with a skinwalker

level 5 tip : After searching for an exit, the first thing you hear when you get close is the sounds of that exit : so if you cant find it u will eventually hear it
That's strange. The first time I beat the Poolrooms, I died before entering the Windows. I had assumed there was some entity that immediately killed me, but apparently there aren't any.

When 5 new levels came out, i thought it was physically IMPOSSIBLE. but here is me who can beat it pretty easily. (Poolrooms is the hard thing in solos cuz of is fucking bad ai for the entity)

The reason why level 4 was called sewers is because before the update (when the cave was the last level, it was a cave like place whit ringing water, begin more similar to the sewers level
Also, level 1 and 2 have a mix not only whit the levels of their name but also another levels, the begining of level 1 is similar to level 2(pipe dreams) and the house like place in level 2 is similar to (i forgot number) solo/alone level
You can also glitch into Level 11s map by resetting mid end cutscene if your lucky
Level 6 is so funny to me because if you take the first right into some rubble you can then just follow the Titan smiler. He then ruins the entire "map" unless he is going through a doorway. He just politely walks through them

Level 8 actually has 2 entities if I recall correctly but it is Actually named "Skinstealer". The Skinstealer in Level 5 is actually instead called "Skinwalker".

Me and my friends got Level 7's first code pretty fast without a walkthrough or help, but the 2nd one is just trial and error.
in the newest lvl(11,12 there are no entities present making them also one of the safest
in level 3 if you go into a room with a door, like the 2 in the hallway the monster cant get you and your safe in those rooms

Last time I played this game with friends we got like extremely lucky somehow. so there were 3 of us and we made it through level 0-3 fairly easy, but unfortunately one of them died on level 3. it took the 2 of us FOREVER to get out of level 4. and somehow literally never ran into the entity in level 5. I'm so glad my friend was playing with me on level 7 because i was lost when it came to the code. but after the code part my friends avatar was too fat to fit through the maze so i had to do the last bit myself. the code actually ended up being the 2nd one in the book which was amazing. and I believe we left the game at level 8 because it was late and we kept dying. I'm still baffled on how we never ran into the entity on level 5 😂

In level 0 (the lobby) it is physically impossible to meet another human being in the level also there is zero and i mean ZERO entities in level 0 also since level 0 in non-euclidian so if you look at a wall look aways and look back it will be different essentially
I like lvl 3 because I will be in the entire Game before but I usually start off with checkpoints on level three
you should make an updated version (level 11/12), i don't want to watch any spoilers for the new levels, but just in case i get stuck on one of the levels, you should make one
