Just a quick video talking about “things” - a few recent additions to our home that have sparked joy. What’s something that has brought you joy lately? More videos to come about barefoot shoes, floor sitting, and more, so stay tuned!
Something I purchased that has sparked joy is a tiny wicker bag that I hang from a hook over my work desk. I put small notebooks and chargers in it so my desk top stays uncluttered, and it has helped me diversify the reach of my chargers' cords too.
We have whole paths (Barfusspfade), water paths (Kneippbecken) and activity paths (trimm-dich-Pfade) for barefoot walking and exercising here in Germany 😊
Definitely share the feeling of joy when cooking or preparing food/drinks in "cute" or hand made utensils. I have a handmade little mug and everything just tastes better in it. :)
HL! I 100% understand what you mean and I most definitely agree! My matcha-making in the morning is my favorite part of my morning routine. It is peaceful and I wouldn't want it interrupted by an electric whisk and an ugly bowl haha 😁
I'm in for "Team Cuteness." It seems a cute mug/thermos/teacup makes any beverage taste better. 😃Looking forward to seeing the new "seating setup" and more videos about minimalist shoes. Where did you find your "bean bag" seating?
I am getting my own HDB home soon so excited to slowly get things that sparked joy! The one thing that stands out now is those ceramic bowls and plates from Japan which looked really nice! While they could be more expensive than your normal ones, they were similar to expressions of our personality and will add colour to the house. Similar to adding a painting portrait on the wall. Anyways, always excited to see another video from you guys. It has a calming and cute vibes this time round, which I am totally digging into it!!!😄
I understand & completely agree! Tea, Coffee, & food are much more enjoyable presented in a cute dish. "The art of turning habit into pleasure"- Memoirs of a Geisha (quoting from memory)
HL is soooo right, those are so cute 🥰and it is super import to have cute stuff to cook or present your food and drinks! I am going to Japan soon too I will be on a similar quest as HL ^^ it was such a cute video, sending you love from France!!

Cuteness counts! It can make the boring and mundane into something enjoyable.
So true 😁

Re: the first point, have you looked into barefoot shoes? I switched ~80% of my footwear into barefoot shoes and it's changed my life for the better.
Yes we've been looking into that. In fact, we'll have a video about that very soon. Glad the switch to barefoot shoes benefited you! 🙌
@@ThoughtworthyCo It's a bit of a rabbithole for sure 😂
We like to walk barefoot outside, with our awful streets there is PLENTY of texture...almost too much really...
