This was my dad’s and my favorite spot ever. Camped at pollard flats. Hiked down the hill over the railroad tracks. Glad the river finally recovered after the pesticide train accident in the late 80’s early 90’s. Wonderful memories dad. RIP and fight on✌️

@@trgxdnb Where do you prefer Northern Cal or southern Cal? Northern Cal has lots river/creek to fish, but Southern Cal. My base is Southern Cal, so places is limited. I prefer to start Kern River or Kings River. Also Owens river for summer season.
@@Angler216 I'm in Norcal close to central valley. It seems like there's a lot of nice spots, but I just started creek bfs fishing and I'm having a hard time figuring out where to start
Nice Vid and good job catching fish! I would only ask you be more mindful of keeping the fish in the water and breathing. That fish at 11:59 had all but stopped trying to breath, and more than likely did not survive the encounter. Thanks again!

@@gsflycaddis make sure you check weather and have a capable vehicle, that area has started receiving snow.
