Evidently, the scriptwriters assumed a Europe-centred map, but the props department supplied a Pacific-centred one. Tony Selby didn't notice the discrepancy, and neither did anybody else.

We (2464 Squadron ATC) had a night exercise Versus the RAF regt, when at annual camp Swinderby 1979, Me and cadet Smith were behind (last) but escaped the gorillas of the RAF regt. "Survived" whole period of exercise untouched!!!.
Lol i to watch this with my dad who went into the raf during the 50,s ended up doing is 22 ,,and was a snowdrop ,didnt like the rocks much his favourite to chuck in the guard house when they had to much of the drink lol

I always laugh when Marsh tells someone they're on a charge because charges by NCOs have to be verified by Officers and somehow, I reckon there's a limited amount of times Marsh can use "Insubordination" as an excuse before Officers start smelling a rat..
