The manufacturer did very well with the Square Footage at 1958 sqft this home looks much bigger than what it's listed at and it's absolutely beautiful! Thanks for another awesome video!
I hope you did not hurt yourself, Timothy. Yes, I've seen this house toured before. For me I actually like the house, but I would have to build on to this house & opt out of the upper level. Because I would definitely need a formal dining room, although I like the eat-in kitchen area, but that is not enough room for my huge family & our holiday dinners & a den is a must have. So, therefore it would be best to seek a house that actually have a actual dining room & a den/family room....
I really like this house although I would lose the upstairs, and exchange the sliding doors in the dining area for windows (as well as make the open arch between the living area/dining area a solid wall). I am also delighted that your videos randomly came up on my home page a few weeks ago, as you became a personal favourite home tour guide almost immediately. May I offer one observation however, knowing that I speak only for myself? I have noticed that you tend to film on a fairly large scale. Although you pan the rooms at some point, many of the shots are quite zoomed (to the degree that even entire doors may not be fully visible in them). I know I'm explaining myself poorly, but I benefit from occasional smaller scale images where I can see more of the area in context to its surroundings. For example, if there are several doorways down a hall .. it's helpful to see a long shot to asssist me in getting orientated. I hope as a videographer you can translate what I am trying to say into more understandable terms, and that you will not take offence at my suggestion. I definitely appreciate the tighter close up views also ... I guess I'm just looking for more of a blend of filming styles so that I can recreate the floorplan in my head as we tour in real time. Thanks, take care, and stay safe,
Will they build Hud Code to Save Lots of money or only Modular which is way to expensive for a Park? Hud Code with a 4/12 pitch roof could be Affordable and Awesome!
To all who don't like big windows for fear of break ins and kidnapped children. It is per building codes (federal and state) for exit purposes when fires, earthquakes, rain is why the windows in bedrooms and public areas are big. If you are that fearful of kidnapping and break ins get a security system
I like how when you walk in the front door, you are not walking into a set of stairs, love how the stairway is almost hidden off living area. That was my first take. I like the French doors off the kitchen, I would build a nice size covered, screen porch...Thank you for showing a home with a tub! These companies must make those masters with soaker tubs & showers, oh and kitchen pantry. I bought a modular back in 1988 in New England, at 19 ( husband was 20) $65K. A 3 bed 2 full bath home 24×48. " starter home?" This year is 33 yrs later, several additions and paid off! We customized our modular and would definitely buy another,, maybe NC???? Thank you for doing this, watching from MA, CAROLINA DREAMING. PS our home value on 2.5 acres almost 400k. Back then , everyone tried to discourage us not to ever build modular as it would not have value and could even depreciate.... my experience proves this argument false.
It’s weird but that is the perception of many folks. They do not understand that modulars must meet the same requirements as a site built home and thus price trends the same. But it isn’t left to the elements during construction. Thank you Shelly and hey congrats on no more mortgage that’s HUGE!
Those stairs came out of nowhere, lol! Hate when I do that. This home was just OK for me. Didn't like the master at the entrance but liked the coat closet. 2 closets in the master was nice. I know it can probably be upgraded but the laminate counterparts with those fancy cabinets was depressing, lol. Liked the 1/2 bath in the laundry room but no utility tub. Small pantry but at least it had one. Nice sliding doors. Love the look of it from outside. Tfs, Tim!
The house is beautiful, but I'm not a 2 story person. tub It was okay, prefer Shower instead. 1962 square feet is very big, especially for a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Still Gorgeous 😀😀😀
I love, love, love the front porch. I like the 1/2 bath off of the Utility Room, I would make part of the Living Room as a formal Dining Area, I love the nook in the Kitchen for less formal family meals, I would prefer a larger Pantry.
I hope she dropped you gently. Lol Almost perfect. Perfect facade, kitchem, bedrooms, bathrooms, layout. Love the utility room. This house gets a 9.0 on my scale. The master and bath/ closet are beautiful but should be flipped so that the master faces the rear of the home and the bathroom the front. The shower needs a shampoo nook - that tiny ledge will hardly hold a bar of soap. And the carpet needs to go. My own personal preference would be to have a cathedral ceiling rather than a gigantic storage attic. Maybe preserve that only over the guest rooms for storage. Thanks for another great tour.
Very nice FINALLY a Powder Room in the RIGHT PLACE.
Beautiful ❣️ sharing ❤️
Nice home. I love the master bed room.
Hello thimoty
What a Nice home this is i love this home thanks for showing us this amazing home
Lovely home
N-I-C-E,the brown shingles are beautiful, extend the porch wider make the banister even with the front of the house,Oh Yea
I like the fact that you can't look directly into the kitchen when you walk in now that's nice
Hi Timothy. This is a beaut. I like this floor plan. Great size. Wearing my merch while watching your video. Have a great week.
Bryan! THANK YOU so much for the support that is awesome!
You can get at least two bedrooms, a bathroom and activity area, watch TV, Movies, etc, upstairs, and it would give you more living square footage.
Not a bad price. Like the tub and shower.
Very spacious! I do remember seeing before and it was great then & now!
Nice home wish kitchen pantry was bigger
It's a sweet house! I would get rid of the small closet in the master, though, and turn that extra space into a seating area
Looks great, upstairs would be a great storage unit, I love the couches, my favorite color.
Hope everyone had a safe 4th I just want to say thank you for coming back to the channel I really appreciate it!

As usual you done it again this is gorgeous and you done a wonderful job showing it
Thank you Cecilia
Keep the garden tub. I’d rather have the space added someplace else. Maybe a 2nd master bedroom closet. 😊

Beautiful home and the only negative is that there are no medicine cabinet only mirrors.
Crystal Sabin, you can probably get large medicine cabinets with mirrors. Check with a salesperson and see.
Meravigliosa

Get rid of the dark colored cabinets, put shelves in the cabinets and closets. That room on the left would make a PHENOMENAL OFFICE.
That was a lovely home... thank you for sharing and providing some giggles too... those stairs can be dangerous whatch out!!!! Lol
Very pretty home!
Nice master bath
Love it !!
Every time you open a closet I brace myself for an American Psycho (the movie) moment. Hahaha

Like the floor plan very much but Tim you missed the master closet in the actual master bedroom space.
He got it at 9:00 minutes.
I hate heat but humidity is the worst if I tried living in places with high humidity I'd be in a pine box real quick.
Is there anyone that will actually build you what you want with a layout that you want?
Love this home would love it as a Songkran level
Hope you are ok.
I had to google Songkran Donna but that didn’t help lol what is that?
@@TimothyPLivingston ooops typo single level,my auto correct is posessed

Don't care for the bedrooms off the kitchen. My grandson would be raiding the kitchen all the time. Hahaha

You need a long break be careful
That roof as opening all around or maybe I not seeing right
Seen most of them Before. Like Em All ! Just a Shame they have such a small Delivery Area !!!

😂 that step came out of nowhere... and I did even think of a cathedral ceiling in this one that would be amazing
Where is the fireplace 🤔
In the next home 😊
@@TimothyPLivingston ok🤗
Great job though on this one even with that missed master closet you ran through fast but still a good job.
The slider is in a terrible location.
Nice but a waste of space
