I live in Mexico and you rarely see these kind of situations. When it happens, it's 99% verbal stuff (less than a couple of minutes), nothing physical. Ordered basic burger and fries got bacon burger instead,they apologized i really didnt care just said its cool ,took my wrong order and went my way. Since I eat everything wrong orders dont bother me that much.

I said this in from of the shift manager who took no sh*t from anyone. The Karen looked at my manager thinking that she was gonna say something to me to which she said i was to make sure the liquid hit me than it would be assult. The Karen looked so shocked that she just threw the drink in some random direction almost hitting a customer who was trying to film her and lifted the tray to avoid getting hit by the liquid he was okay just mad that this woman was throwing a fit. she was banned from the place and everytime she tried to enter someone said call 9-1-1 for trespassing. She really thought that we didn't mean it but we did.
