Appreciate the video. Sfv-35q in a new to us 5iver. Someone gutted the fan assembly and housing, and I couldn’t find a drop in core for an sfv, so before I ordered parts I rigged what was left to make sure the board, switches, valve and igniter worked which they did. Waiting on parts and dread the re install. Thanks for the info.

The one other thing it can be, which happened to be the case with mine, is the ‘Furnace Solenoid Gas Valve’. On my unit, SF-35VHFQ, everything worked until ignition. Electrode would spark, but never got flame. The brass orifice was not clogged, directing the problem to the valve. Gas valve did not have the proper pressure to send correct propane specification through to the burner.
You can test for a bad gas valve solenoid(s) with a multi meter and you can check the gas valve pressure with a manometer.

Ours ended up being a collapsed propane hose at the tank.

We are having the same issue on our brand-new toy hauler. Same furnace. Just a click and no fire. Thanks for the video! I will check that out. Just a note, I don't smell any propane at all when it tries to fire. I would think you would get a little smell out of it. Did your stove and oven work ok on the bad side of the regulator?

I'm having the same issue and need to replace my ignitor or clean it, i smell gas and hear a clink and ticking and sometimes it lights and sometimes it doesn't i think mines a dirty ignition issue. My water-heater/ fridge and stove works with the current regulator but i might change it out and try

Our stove and oven did work but with a weaker flame than normal. What ours ended up being was the hose that came off of the regulator. it must of collapsed inside or deteriorated but once we replaced ours everything worked as it should.

*you can also check the electrode placement and gap, which should be 1/8”

I would have actually guessed checking the fuel line/ regulator first. Always check the easiest first.

Kind of bizarre- I’m having similar issues on a unit I’m working on. Same furnace & regulator too. I tried switched the regulator to the other tank before I saw this vid but doesn’t seem to be the issue. 2025 Salem Hemisphere.

If you haven't been able to find your issue try this... on ours it ended up being the hose that came off of the regulator. it must of collapsed inside or deteriorated but once we replaced ours everything worked as it should. Hope this helps let us know how you made out.

thats such an incredibly stupid way to install that furnace.......forced to half destroy the cabinet to get access

I have always said that about these RV's. I believe that they should be on a pull out tray accessible from the outside.
