The timer stresses you out? Spam the heck out of chronostasis and kill lots of monsters and bam, you can do a lot in one day. You have plenty of time. I don't see why it's a big deal. On another note, I love this series and grew up a bit with it. Honestly, I like Lightning. She doesn't have some big sense of justice or the typical "I won't let you hurt my friends" thing going on. She just gets into really shitty situations and struggles to deal with them. She's not some shining, utterly likeable heroine. Well, this is mostly about XIII Lightning, but still. For a hardworking big sister with dead parents and her own responsibilities, she acted a bit juvenile when things went south, and I can perfectly understand. It's a lot to take in when you seemed to have lost your last family member, become a fugitive of your homeland and are possibly dying next. I think if they showed more of her past than just only telling it people would understand her better. I certainly didn't find her bland, though.
on day 1 i sometimes get the chocobo partly healed ( sadly the girl who tells you about yeuls flower is already asleep ) and once i made it to the door of the clavis in the desert on new game plus , the time limit really is no issue , at most it is if you forget something like the tears mission where you have to visit the girl once per day , and sometimes routing everything perfectly with time specific side quests can be hard , but you never have time pressure , i once finished the main missions in like 3-4 days leaving me with 10 days to do side stuff , the only main quest that cant be done with the rest is snow , for sazh you just start it before going to yusnaan , get his fragment while there and so on
Thanks that's why the series are so deep in my heart, not just with lightning it's also with all other characters, they are somewhat really relatable and understandable. What a fun time it was playing it for the first time ever
Was one of my all time faves tbh it did lack some gameplay elements that could have improved it, but it was an exciting adventure and i hope i can someday play this masterpiece once again. Beating the game had left an emotional hole in my psyche and i felt like nothing could fill it. Sometimes we just get lost as gamers in some of the adventures we find ourselves in. Sorry for the long post but i felt this needed to be said. Thanks Lightning for the adventures, but i'm having a blast exploring with Noctis right now but i know someday we'll meet again! 😭
Feel as if for ff 13-1, once you get to Gran pulse, the game opens up a lot more and you will actually come across very difficult fights. A lot of content before then is not hard to go through, which is why its typically slow paced for a lot of people, which deters them from continuing on.
LR was awesome. I loved the somber tone and the stakes were high the end of everything was coming. I cant wait to play this one again it was my fave of the 13 trilogy.

Imagine that you have just one job in the world: Taking care about your wife but your heroism makes you take the wrong decission to leave her. She's in an adventure and loses the battle. You're the guy who couldn't keep a single promise.

Personnaly i prefer Lightning ( or should is say Claire) for me, she is more badass than any other male character ( Cloud or Squall or even Tidus), she is not like them, she is not traumatised or a fucking useless Emo boy or another angry brat just because his daddy is gone, no she is quite normal, leaving her normal life and she have to be strong for saving her sister ( she was already strong anyway, because she had to take care of her cuz their parents are dead) so that's why i like Lightning.
I didn't like Serah much either. Everyone is always suffering trying to help her. And she seems almost oblivious to it. I liked Lumina though. She was like Lightning's forgotten inner child. The symbolism was cool.

I literally listen to this every day, on repeat for hours, to study. I feel like I should thank you for creating this, it helps me stay focused, relaxed, and motivated! It's some of my favorite music of all time, too.

LR felt like something pretty and beautiful and reaaally different at least cause i hadnt played anything like it. true that :P i spammed chronostasis throughout the whole game and was left with 2 extra days as well. i was like "wtf am i supposed to do now there's nothing..." in the end xD enjoyable game overall but all the 13 sequels had such a shitty story...at least 13 was good (plotwise only).

I love this soundtrack, and it's funny: you picked so many tracks that I don't normally listen to. I listen to all the happy, upbeat stuff like the Dead Dunes tracks, City of Revelry, Ouroboros Fiesta, High Voltage, Sneaking In, etc. Good stuff though!

It went from Lightning trying to save Serah. Then Lightning and the others turning into l'cie, trying to fulfill their focus. After everyone's happy ending, time has been twisted, and only Serah can remember the ending where her and Lightning were together. Then Serah tries to look for Lightning, when Noel tries to help Serah. Later, after many quests, Serah dies. After 500 years, Lightning awakes as the savior to collect souls for Bhunevelze, in return for Serah being alive once again. On the 13th day, Vanille attempts the soulsong. Lightning stops Vanille, later to find herself in the final battle face to face with Bhunevelze. Finally, after Bhunevelze's defeat, Lightning, Serah, and their friends have their happy ending at last. Love this story
I'd imagine Bhunivelze returns in the new world but in a weakened state. Kills all the main cast since they no longer have any powers and then destroy the world. And then rebuilds a new world and the events of FF13 repeats again. According to SE this could be canon
Considering how old the ff13 series is, don't think people would really go through the effort to attempt to take the video down. Only group of people I can think that would do that is square Enix themselves.

CicciaBauBau trust me the timer isnt an issue. i felt the same way trying to squeeze by every second, but they really give you a lot of time to explore the world. So much so that I was left lazing around fighting random enemies some days. Play the game at your own pace and enjoy it to its fullest.
Ryan Ramnarine Time is not the biggest problem, we can keep using Chronostasis. I thought that the Caius fight was the biggest pain in the ass. During my playthrough, I completed every quest except the Aeronite one and my battle with Bhunivelze was a close fight but I beat him. I'm now playing on Hard Mode.
Time was never annoying really. The only thing I havent finished in the game is fighting Noel or Snow on day 10 (Third form) .. I dont remember which one of em. The game was really good D: !!
