I've been in the market for a new driver. Haven't played Taylor Made since the SLDR...this may have convinced me to give the Stealth2+ a go. Very impressive.

Take this for what it is. I’m a very inconsistent golfer. Some days my friends say “What are you drinking?” To “Bro, you can’t get off the tee box.” I tend to hit my 3 hybrid off the tee as far as my buddies hit their drivers. I can’t hit a driver for the life of me for about 20 years. I bought the Stealth 2 a couple of weeks ago. A nice used lefty. Got to the 3rd hole and didn’t use it yet … wanted to get loose with some shots. Extra shift shaft …. What I needed!!! Took her out and was a little nervous. Hit the drive not firm but still about 25 yards past my brother and in the fairway. My hand came off the grip and it still hit the fairway. I said “I havnt hit one like that in 20 FN years.” Kind of got confidence with that 1st swing. Ended up hitting over a par 4 a few holes later and was pin high on another. It most confidently has given me the confidence I needed to finally hit a driver off the tee. If I can zero her in a little more I’m guaranteed to hit it 300. That most certainly will change my game tremendously.

I have been playing with the same set up clubs for roughly 13 years, I'm going for a fitting before next season opens and I couldn't be more excited about the selection I'll have to choose from! I have always been a Taylormade fan, but I will be interested to see if something suits me better!

Great video, excited to hit Stealth+ 2.0! Swing speed looks good! I wonder if Taylormade is still tipping shafts 1" by default or not, also noticed the lie angle has changed from 56° to 54° in the standard hosel setting for Stealth+ 2.0.
Thanks! Let me know your results. Im not sure about the tipping. Ill ask. I tipped my last shaft for TM and then put it in my Cobra. Thing felt like a rebar. Had to get a new shaft. 🤦♂️😂
I think this year is the most competitive in Drivers....I have no idea which one i prefer Ping G430.....Callaway Paradym.....Titleist TSR2......Cobra Aerojet....Taylormade Stealth 2....all appear to be very very good Drivers.....look forward to testing them out Which one has stood out the most for you in every aspect ?....cheers all from Canada

Taylormade are out of their minds priced this thing at 1000 USD equivalent in my country's currency. I'm looking for a new driver but hell no at $1000 I'm looking for something around less than half of that and I'm running out of options at sub $400 drivers, going with older models would be a much better deal at this rate, it doesn't have to be the latest greatest for me it just have to feel good and look good and performs good enough.
The club head speed can be misleading. The TM drivers always record higher CHS but similar ball speed to say a Ping or Callaway driver. When i put a radar by the monitor the TM driver records lower CHS. I can’t figure it out!!!

It’s hard to say without having you hit both. The plus is an awesome driver and the weight will help on the draw setting. The HD is just more forgiving.
Need your honest opinion. Im playing the LTDx LS (Black). Im tempted to try th stealth 2+. Think it would be worth it or do you think performance gain would be very minimal
have a question for you or anyone that knows......i want to order the SIM 2 MAX but can only order it stock online.....once i get it can i take it into any golf shop and get 1.25 inches cut off so its 44 1/2 inches and a midsize grip put on.? .... my reason for going with the SIM 2 MAX instead of the STEALTH 2 is price and is it really that better....SIM 2 MAX ( 500 Canadian ) STEALTH 2 ( 800 Canadian )...is this the way to go do you think....welcome all thoughts ....cheers from Canada

I’m a high handicap golfer 27.6. I like the look of the Stealth drivers, which would you think would be best for me?
I would try the regular Stealth or the Stealth HD, The HD is draw bias and supposed to go higher.

Why is forgiveness direction? Surely it's distance on off centre hits?
It's both. MOI which is directly related to forgiveness which is the driver's resistance to twisting on off center hilts.

Stock Hzrdus and all the other stock shafts are cheaper versions of the aftermarket ones.
Some are made for which are cheaper versions. Ie Ventus non velocore. These HZRDUS gen 4 blacks are the real deal.

It’s set to my home city because that’s where I know all my yardages. The numbers would be inflated to someone that is used to golfing at sea level.

Just look at ball speed, that doesn't change with elevation. I change to to sea level. Other will ask me to change to to their cities elevation... Lol
