Today we explore this abandoned mansion left hidden in the Welsh woods. This 4 bedroom house was mysteriously left abandoned many decades ago, today we venture inside to investigate what’s left inside

The old "pizza 🍕 oven" would have originally held a copper bowl and was used to wash clothes in. The water was heated by a fire 🔥 underneath.

The whole thing is often called a copper.
That is awesome!! I've never seen one before or heard of them. That's so interesting. I always wondered how they got their water hot. Aside from a big pot hanging from one of those iron bars.

Hi Adam! Me and my girlfriend love your videos as we’re from the midlands and visit wales etc... a lot. I’ve got a suggestion that you could try when you get some paranormal vibes, if you want to know if someone is present with you in the house, try knocking on a wall or stamping your foot a few times and asking out for the “presence” to copy you, you may find you get some real solid evidence. Another thing to try is rolling a coin or a marble and asking them to roll or throw it back for you, they could do it straight away or you may find when you go back to it after a while the object could’ve moved. Just some suggestions, really enjoying the paranormal explores at the moment! Keep it up 😁👍🏼
Late reply but I see you're pretty wise in the paranormal school of thought tho in regards to the "knocking copy" tactic which is pretty useful for how basic of a tactic it is, I'd be willing to bet Adam had seen your comment tho cuz in his newer videos he's been using that often. Hi @Adam Mark Explores - the hooks in almost every room, given the age of the building it is quite possible that some of these hooks were for hanging Lanterns on in the old days for light at night time. just a thought.

Really enjoyed this one. Beautiful old house, I think someone else said it was Georgian which is what I thought as well. The cupboard with the mesh was a meat safe or pie safe. Used to store perishable food away from insects and pests pre.refrigeration. I'm undecided if the spirit was playing with you or hiding, although the voice mimicking/ repeating was definitely playing or childish. Great stuff with Matt speaking Welsh too.

A lot of weird stuff happening here, bit different to the usual Explores but I enjoyed it 👌 amazing responses, still can't believe it said "weird" straight after you mate, absolutely unreal.. completely baffled by it! The way we both look at each other 🤣 completely mind blown haha!

i think this is the very first abandoned house that ive seen - with NO furniture or any household belongings, nothing. completely empty. Im wondering just how old this building really is, because i know the Welsh were much shorter people back years ago, than what the generation is today. my mum was welsh and only 4 foot 11 inches. and her mum (my nan) was only 4 foot. haha. loved this visit. thanks Adam

That thing that looked similar to a pizza oven ,would have been an old copper for washing the clothes.Looked like that first room would possibly have been the washhouse or utility room.There would be a fire at the bottom of the copper to heat the water up I think.Definately looked like noone had been there for awhile going on the decor as nothing looked modern.I wonder if you got touched when you thought there was a web there.

What a lovely old home it would have been.
It must have been quite modern where you had the oven, and the ‘washing machine’ It’s like a very old utility room. You’d have probably found the woman was in that part of the home all day cooking,washing, darning and ironing, etc.
What an amazing location to be situated. Just beautiful Welsh countryside every which way you look.

Beautiful home. At least 200 years old judging by the kitchen, windows, & stone walls & floors. Except for electric, plumbing, & cellar, & probably a new roof, it wouldn't take too much more to breathe life into this house. I hope it doesn't stay abandoned for much longer after more people see this video. Thank you for always bringing us along.
When you are doing the K2, they look like they are moving away from you. When you walked into a room it lit up, then stopped. Great video, we always enjoy watching your adventures.

Enjoyed again spooky house your both brave going down into basement 😱love watching your houses 🏡 watching every episodes. We have an old lady that is in our house that my children said they see her ,I have never felt any presence though 😀
What age are your kids lesley hun? Apparently, I'm not sure why, but I've heard that young kids minds/bodies are more intune to picking up vibes and seeing things, that as people age they seem to generally lose. Same as young kids around 4/5 years old that can tell 100% correct information about past lives they have had. She is probably just a kind old lady like a grandma figure looking over them protecting them as if they was her own grandchildren.
They have always said they see her my eldest has just turned 30 , I have 27 and 25 year old too
My Eldest came to stay for a few days and said That old lady still here then ? He saw her in the kitchen
My 27 year old says she feels someone watching her and my 25 year old don’t care 🤣🤣

In first part of video at about 4:07 just after you say "we'll have to get the light on for that" was a voice like a high pitched "No" or "Oh" or something. Figured you didn't hear it then or catch it on review. This is one of those houses that if fixed up would be cool to live in.

Adam that pizza oven is a victorian clothes washer. I used to live in a victorian building and the laundry room was in the old servants kitchen

very active house. That cobweb feeling you got at the start of the explore is usually static from ghosts being present. also the fact that the light went off when u first walked into a room then left when you came in suggests more that they were scared of you and left the room after you came in. the copying of your voice is mimicry which ghosts often do and usually of loved ones or when you split up to confuse you
I loved this house Adam even though it was missing the furniture and bits and bobs I still felt the life of the house present wild! Glad your Welsh speaking friend was with you too creepy to go it alone! Stay safe Adam!!

The hooks upstairs may have been for drying herbs and flowers. The hooks downstairs were probably for root vegetables. The hooks in the old laundry room were to put rope upon to hang clothes to dry.
A lot of very weird alterations gone on in there window blocked up outside ,Windows cut in half by temporary walling, Meat hooks in ceiling add to the ambience, fireplaces at odd angles, chimney three quarters blocked up ......just very odd and very challenging to investigate..horrible!

That downstairs room you were in (at 29.03 minutes in) the fireplace surround with tiles either side of the metal hood is a NORMAN SHAW design, he's the planner/architect responsible for design of the first garden suburbs - like Chiswick in West London - sad if the other fireplaces were replaced by those 1940 - 50s ones.

Adam when you were going up the stairs and jumped thinking something grabbed hold of your arm, then dismissed it as maybe cobwebs, but still occasionally acted like you could still feel it on you, it was a spirit or maybe more than one that attached itself to your arm or some where on your body!! Then when you got the K2 out, and it kept going crazy in certain rooms, you mentioned that it appeared to be following you two around. Well maybe it was because it was riding along on you. When you went into rooms that was the spirits favorite rooms it was excited and would set the K2 off. I love the way you and Matt interact with each other. This makes your shows entertaining as well

We had our one removed and replaced with a large Victorian fire place as we bought the house back to its original decor!

My Great Grandma and Great Grandpa immigrated from Wales to the USA. They were very short. My Great Grandma was 4 foot + inches tall. very short.
