Neku and Joshua face off against Pi-Face once and for all...
Key Notes:
Boss: Leo Cantus (Sho Minamimoto) - HP: 3,141 - ATK: 100 (Hard)
- Sho will deploy pairs of Taboo Noise to fight you. Once you take two pairs down, he himself will come down and join the fight.
- Note the fact he will keep summoning Taboo Noise whenever you take down a pair, so it may be a good idea to leave one behind while you strike him down.
- The Taboo Noise will sometimes turn into spheres to ram at you and induce status debuffs. Dodge when they go after you (they only move once before turning back to normal).
- Sho likes to warp all over the place and launch spinning blades that disperse in a growing circle. This blow can take you by surprise if you're busy with the Taboo Noise. To add to this, he may add his barrage with a larger set of spinning blades that disperse slower.
- Once you take down a lot of his HP, he will use his Leo Cantus form, which has him strike faster in a combo. You must dodge his blows and wait for an opening.
- ...Though I guess crushing him with a moon was too much for him, even on Hard. Whoops.

If only Sho was my math teacher I would ace my class.
I'd say the DS was much harder since you had to worry about Joshua getting hit by the small taboo noise which stunned him , and the boss directly attacking him . Sho is severely nerfed here
The DS version was overall masochistic compared to any other ported version. I cherish the easier and faster level grinding method.

he was shockingly easy. I just beat him and he did almost chip damage, even when he went into his noise form. I was on normal lv 26 on the app version of the game so idk how that factors into it, but ill just reiterate that he was waayyyy easier than I thought.
Sho's boss theme is my favorite
It's nice that they gave him his own boss theme in this port. 'Someday' was a decent enough boss theme for him on the DS, but it didn't really fit the situation or character particularly well

Wow, I feel severely under-leveled after watching this. I’m only level 22 and no where near those stats. Nice!
That was satisfying to watch, however I fear I might be underleveled. I did alot of grinding but ignored the store quests. Ugh.

For some reason, Sho can be completely annihilated through Joshua's 3rd fusion level to skip his Noise form, unlike a lot of other bosses who simply shrug off being overkilled.
This is all very easily explainable...You see remember when Sho talked about how "Any tree can drop an apple. I'll drop the freaking Moon!" right?
Turns out Joshua's 3rd fusion level is actually...The Moon...Being dropped on Sho. I guess the irony was too much for our favorite mathematician was it not, you zetta slow factoring hectopascal yoctogram sons of digits?

Joshua third level fusion has been used to 1shot stuff since the DS version, back then people farmed dark matter early postgame by chaining 4 noises, last being reaper beat blue noise, and charging the joshua fusion to level 3, when you fought beat, he would die in 1 hit

@@AuraChannelerChris Dude you should make guides for the game. I have quite some problems with the touch controls , like how do you activate Pins that have similar activation methods. I always have to empty one pin bar before i can use the other one.

How did you get the second and third pin? I don't think I've ever seen them.
I recall the second pin was obtained from beating a common Noise enemy during the second week.
The Velocity Pin was bought from a store. I think it was in one of Shibukyu Heads' stores.
