    This is the season that Alperen Sengun will play in God-Mode.

    That 1 person that voted for Cam is going to be real smug at the end of the year.

    I think Dillon is traded giving Amen a big opportunity to make a leap. Jabari simply gets incrementally better at everything. Sengun makes a half leap - I expect him to be used differently which might skew the numbers in his favor. Jalen has to be consistent or he may leave with Dillon. Being consistent is hard to do but maybe the right kind of offense can assist him in making the leap. I'm not sure what Udoka has planned but I expect them to work on the offense this year - maybe that's all Jalen needs. Tari and Cam need to play well to get minutes. This team is 10 deep, I'm curious how Udoka uses this fact to the Rocket's advantage. They may be too deep - I feel strongly there are going to be some trades.

      If Dillon is out, Tari should be starting

      That’s been the plan all along . He’s on a 2yr deal for a reason

    I think Tari wins the starting SF spot early on. His per 36 numbers, while good, should be even better this year because he played hurt last season. This sets Tari up for a major breakout in production.

    Can we all just acknowledge how amazing Rafael Stone has been for this franchise. I believe we are way ahead of schedule and I could totally see us shocking the world and losing in the western conference finals our depth, defense and versatility are unparalleled other than okc and Boston. Our core players will all make an individual jump forward next year, but the big Leap I think is going to be the team and how we function as a team. The chemistry will be much better this year than last, the roles are more defined and last years run for the playoffs definitely sparked something. I think we’re going to beat teams in transition and with a death line up of Reed, Jalen, Cam, Tari and Jabari and we’re also going to be elite in the half court because of Sengun, Adams- Reed and Fred. Menace brooks is going to give us that energy it’s going to be crazy mark these words

    Jabari at his best would be a badass version of Chris Bosh with the heat. Except better off the dribble

    7:40 is half true. It is true that Jalen is given thr most opportunities regardless of his performance but Sengun isn't the #2. Sengun only had enough playing time for performance in the last year.
    #2 most tolerated guy is Jabari.

    Ime could improve Green's efficiency simply by giving him minutes against teams with poor transition defense and using Cam more against teams that can force you to run a half court offense. I think the Rockets should just forget about turning Jalen into a facilitator. He is still developing. No sense in rushing him when you could just use other team mates to do stuff like that. Last season seemed to be another season designed to help Jalen grow and we still did not get starters numbers from him. We got them from Jabari though. I think Amen's midrange game will improve. I liked what Cam did last season, he just do that again with some assists, that would be awesome. Overall I would say just give the ball to whoever is playing well and has a good matchup. When its all over we will see who improved. I don't believe in making or breaking Jalen just because it's contract year. Just use him the correct way for the current game and give him a contract with incentives.

      We need more assists from Alpi and less ball handling from Jalen. Alpi needs to improve his pick and roll defense. Other than that, he can have the same year. There are a lot of mouths to feed. Unless Alpi can post better numbers than Sabonis, he may be left of the All Star team again. It's not about individual success but team success. Dillon needs to go. We have no reason to keep him.

    I’m going with Jabari man if they get him more touches on offense he really have a chance to be a legit 20-10 guy especially with his middys and shooting from 3

    • @bastadimasta
      @bastadimasta 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Jabari's issue has never been number of touches or minutes. He have had enough opportunities. It's up to him to develop his skillsets.

    Guys we all know that jalen has a unique potential but first of all he should learn what is basketball. It's not only dribbling and jumping. He fiinished season with %42.3 FG and it was less until the last month of the season XD. Also his AST per m is 3.5 WTF. Bro XDD. I am laughing every single time after checking the stats. His FG in 132th. Btw I just remember while writing how many empty shot he missed D: I was watchnig every single match of the housten last season and will be watching in next season also. If you are a houston fan you should first think of your team instead of players. Jalen first have to be star before superstar . As i see from the stats he has still a long way to climb. And guys please stop saying Alpi fan to every single person who comments Jalen. I never compared Alpi with jalen becuase of thier positions He is C bro. But still currently Alpi is the star(Not superstar) of the team as i see from stats and as i see from machs.
    At 25:42 I was laughing after his comment but actually he stepped on realy important point. Alpi is already in another level than Jalen comparing support to team(Altough team missed a lot of free shots..). Jalen has to have breakout season to reach or pass Alpis current level cause gap was bigger without the last month of the season. And if he can we will have a star and it will be beginning of a new superstar. I hope he will be showing his true potetial.
    If you still want to compare them;
    POTENTIAL: Jalen > Alpi,
    FG: Alpi > Jalen,
    AST: Alpi > Jalen,
    PTS: Alpi > Jalen,
    Current Level: Alpi > Jalen,
    Fun: Jalen > Alpi,
    3p%(Come on bro) Alpi(32.3) > Jalen(31.5). Its not funny anymore.
    I hope our team will be trying to win games instead of trying create a star or superstar. Its same for Alpi, Jabari, Amen, Jalen. Stars will come with wins, with playoff games and with correct steps.

    I can't believe it's time for the Third Annual Pre-Season Excitement for Jabari Smith's Expected Leap.
    This event always occur right after the Great Gathering of the Rockets Fans to Disscuss the Superstar Potential of Jalen Green.

    I think the future rockets starting line up will either be missing segun or jabari one of them will get traded before Jalen green if he has a break out year I think he is going to have Udoka player development is under rated

    Jabari had arrogance issues but they seem to be resolved at the beginning of the last season. He needs to work on his shooting and flexibility. He's yet to achieve a higher understanding of the game but this takes time.

    Good pod Jackson. totally disagree with you on this one. 1st Jabari is not a star and NEVER will be one. he needs to learn how to play his role. he will get slighty better this year, but I don't see a breakout for him because he doesn't possess the talent that some seem to believe he has. 2nd IMO the most likely two players to have a breakout are Jalen and Amen followed closely by Tari. I think each of these 3 have flashed the ability to improve pass what we have seen. 3rd Alperen will get better, but considering what he showed last year I think he is closer to his ceiling so it won't be a giant leap. IMO Dillion is a road block. he should be traded to give time to the younger players. he has already been passed by Amen defensively, passed by Tari and Cam offensively. now he is just in the way. Cam needs another year of grooming before he breaks out

    Cam gets no love is a mistake.
    Jalen needs to be more consistent only
    Tari is overrated in my opinion. He is a high-energy player only. 3D guy
    Smith needs more touches
    Sengun needs to protect the paint better and rebound
    Amen is interesting to me
    I hope everybody level up and make my team a force this season. ALL OTHER NBA TEAMS ARE ON A _ _-KICKING WATCH! GO ROCKETS!
